Firstly bubble, I'm sorry to hear about your son, truly.

I find it hard to look past this with jinky, even once u knew he still appeared shameless, having met him in person im pretty disgusted by it all.

If he needs mental help because he is ill then i hope he gets it, but i'm not sure he's not just a selfish egomaniac who will do anything for attention.

To each their own and thanks for sharing your story.

Wow! I wasn't really close to it but I feel as though I need time to digest that. I really don't know what to think.

Great post Bubble....

What I'll never get is why he chose such a horrible and emotive death as Cancer to kill of Jinky.

He must have known that people would empathise and connect with that for very personal reasons.

Why not a simple sudden death? He drew it out, in the most terrbile way, and you have to wonder why.

Anyway, well done mate

Nice to know how it all happened

But sorry
The guys an idiot

All he had to do was stop posting, close accounts and create new ones if things were getting in a bit too deep.

Instead he came up with this "death of my da" pi$h.

He was an idiot for posting as two guys in the first place

He was an even bigger idiot for going to a night out and pretending all this was going on and lying to peolpe's faces, its one thing doing it online, its another in the flesh FFS!!!!

He craved attention, he got plenty of it and he loved it, and thats why he never stopped, it was very very simple to just close accounts and just stop posting as a fake 70 year old....wasnt hard, just meant he would lose all the pals he had made, but he made these friends by being fake, we all know who the true jungle is now and he's a creepy lying bastirt.

He's not getting much sympathy from me...understand it all snowballed, but that was only because guys were generous and were heart felt sorry for the guy.......a guy who again, thorughout all of this, was lying through his teeth!!

He brought all of this on himself by pretending to be someone he wasnt in an effort to gain acceptance from others, and he had been at it for years and years!

I cant bring myself to feel sorry for a compulsive liar that only kept up this lie for his own gain, im sorry

Why even kill him off, why not just say he's not been on anymore and then stop.

Bubble...thanks for this. I wasn't that involved in the whole thing but I think your note will help to bring some closure for a few people.

Of course the business about your son is very personal..but since you've mentioned it I think we can comment. I haven't lost a son...but my oldest was literally at death's door for almost a year after he was born. Of course we didn't lose him and that's a crucial difference but I think I have a sense of what that feels like...you have my sincere condolences.

Well done on your work and on your attitude to this. An example to us all.

Personally I will probably just keep up a few Jinky jokes because I tend to see the humour in even the darkest things...to be honest the past few days have been absolutely hilarious on here and have revitalised this site.

But your sentiments are exactly right here...the only person who is really losing out is probably Jungle..although his wounds are completely self-inflicted.

what hasnt been answered is why did he create Jinky and not Jungle in the first place
Or do we believe the English tim story he gave

And why having a good creation in Jinky did he feel the need to create Jungle?

Steve, that's understandable and it will still hurt a lot of people on here.

True mate

I guess what I'm saying is, the "simple guy who made a mistake the snowballed" line, doesn not wash with me.

He toyed with people as long as he could from what I could see.

I remember a post where someone was winding up Jinky and he logged in as Jungle to post something terse in reply along the lines off. "My dad's no well, you're out of order"

Despicable in my book

His own article the other day was nothing more than a few paragraphs of utter self pity. Who even knows how much of it is true.

This guy, Jungle, you don't think he's sitting in his flat reading every single comment you've all sent out about him and m'asturbating over the attention

I did go through some obituaries but gave up after an hour as i couldn't find anyone with the name 'Jinky' or beloved son 'Jungle'.

Did you expect to find Jinky/Jungle on an obituary?
