urgh ffs that's all we needed.
BBC says its surgery and he's out until end of October.
Ashley Williams is a complete and utter
Our ruin of game from now till then is not the worst so we can cope but it's always a worry with shoulder injuries that it can go again if it's not fully healed.
Suarez will hopefully take nost of the burden
one day they will play together
Harsh on Williams! He is not the first player to leave a leg hanging as a pacy trickster comes at them. The angle of the fall caused the injury and not Williams
Had Williams not tried to castrate him, he never would've fallen of.
He will miss
21 Southampton (H)25 Capital One Cup third round 28 Sunderland (A)OCTOBER5 Crystal Palace (H)19 Newcastle United (A)26 West Bromwich Albion (H)

He put his leg in to win the ball, then withdrew his leg after he realised he had missed the ball, then put his leg back in and studded Coutinho in the chest. Watch the replay, it was completely deliberate. Coutinho then falls awkwardly and injures his shoulder. Dirty
Not a major loss for you guys really with Suarez back soon?
At least there is another international break in there so he misses less games for us
Tweedy, to put it into context, it's like you losing Ozil for a chunk, put Cazorla is coming back. No big deal then right?
He's a bigger player for us than a lot of people think.

They played together against Spurs at home last season, and it didn't work very well.
We were 2-1 down and getting out-played, and only got back into it when Coutinho was taken off, and Gerrrard pushed forward, to play behind Sturridge and Suarez.
It's early yet, but I'm not sure the balance of the team is right when they play together, anyway...
I also remember them completely destroying sides together. Wigan away and Swansea at home come to mind.
Hope Sakho knocks Williams out (accidentally of course) when we next play them.
He's getting what he deserves on twitter
I'd have no problem with it had it been accidental. However, It was clearly malicious with a lot of intent.
Don't agree with the Twitter abuse though neo just think it's very cowardly to abuse a footballer on line cause the same people would be all over the same player looking for a photo etc. If they met him in real life.
Suarez will play behind studge I'd imagine or we may see more of Alberto in the number ten role maybe?

Fair point...but against lesser opposition?
Who knows, but I think Suarez can compensate for the loss of creativity in losing Coutinho, and Moses brings a different a dimension, so not too worried, for the moment.
Not bad options, at the moment, (but picking up a steady list of injuries)..

Williams was just trying out an aerobics step he was taught at Weight Watchers...
Hopefully we'll have enough creativity to beat Soton on Saturday then Suarez will be back so we should be alright

Might give Aspas some more game time to bed in, I think against the lesser teams at anfield Aspas might prove usefull. We have options these days but still a blow.
coutinho dived anyway
