Rafa is a world class manager getting Chelsea to where he did and winning the Europa was nothing short of a miracle considering the fans backlash his appointment created...
Why do you think he failed with Inter? [I don't want Serie A at all really, so I've never known why he messed up there]

Did you or did you not make an article about over reacting over one game earlier today?
Can't you see the hypocrisy in this article?
Chelsea had no choice but to let him go. Their fans saw to that. Well many of their fans, some would have been happy to hold on to him.
The board would not let him replace players he had to sell to buy he was not happy about this as it was not the agreement he made when he took over and spoke out about it this in turn made the board terminate his contract at first opportunity.. They were only 4 points off top when he was sacked or something like that..

Did you read the article? I clearly state that he was very good for Chelsea too. I didn't even mention how he was the only Liverpool manager of recent times who challenged for the league.
Inter never gave him a fair chance, they've been rubbish ever since Mourinho. Look at them now.
Oh dear - a classic Rob..

Didn't realise I wasn't allowed to be objective on here!
I don't think he failed at Inter. He won a trophy or two? And due to winning the World Club Cup, Inter had many games in hand to catch up in Serie A.
Phoenix I think it was the falling out with the board over transfers as Mourinho spent a vast amount already and other nonsense. Tbh every manager has one or two bad spells in their lifetime.
But overall he hasn't done half bad, led Valencia to La Liga despite Barca and Madrid domincance. Was excellent with us in Europe and to a lesser extent the league (we almost got there in 09, just United were better). Led Chelsea to the Europa league title. Inter was a write off but he still managed to win the club world cup. & tbh since Mourinho left Inter they have been in terminal decline anyway
Jose is a world class manager. One Shock defeat won't change anything.
As hilarious as it is tonight watching the renties squirm, Chelsea will still qualify for last 16.
Putting my bias opinion of Benitez aside, tactically he is very, very good. The only thing that stops him being a world-class Manager that people will fight to have, is that he'd rather draw than go all out for a win.
Benitez better than Mourinho.
Now we have heard (read) it all on this forum

I personally don't think Jose has been special for a while. His time at Real seems to have knocked a bit of confidence out of him. I'm far from saying he or Chelsea are finished but I don't see them being much better than last season if at all.
i think Chelsea are worse than last season tbh, Mata their best player is clearly not rated by Mourinho, and they still dont have a CF
Why do people rate Mourinho so much? I don't see it tbh
He is basically Roy Keane with more money after Porto
Nothing wrong with being objective - but lets look at the article.. Your praising a guy that win the champions league with another mans team, when he got there off his own accord, he lost, spunkrd a lot of money on dross to challenge once and 'phacted' it all up. Took over a treble winning team and got sacked. Did well at Chelsea (credit there but again just another cup run). Only thing I can say is that he is a good cup manager, so lets not get all creamy in the pants because chelsea lost and Napoli won.
Mourinho isn't unstoppable like he was 10 years ago, but he's still a great manager. Don't let these past few games cloud your judgement, we went through a string of bad results a few times under Fergie. It's football, unpredictable things happen
Mourinho left Inter at the right time.
They were ageing and about to go downhill.
It as a bad job for Rafa but I think most would have failed at Inter (as has been proven since as their decline continues).
Rafa is great with top players. Give him top players and he will undoubtedly be successful. Napoli was a great job to get as they have some top players and they had cash to spend.
He brought some duds for Liverpool but most were not in the top money bracket. Give him top money and 9/10 he will buy a top player.
He is suited to managing the big clubs.
Make him manager of a mid table side and I don't think his methods would work because he would get too frustrated at not having money and not having top professionals to work with and would fall out with everyone.
Real would have won Decima by now if they have Rafa the job years ago.
Mourinho's a Cheque Book manager pure and simple.
Seriously OVERRATED. I personally see him being shown the door by Mr Abramovich come what May.
Chelsea will struggle to rich the champion league places this season.
Cleverson, are you saying that Benitez won the CL with Houllier's team rather than one he'd created and this should count against him?
Cleverson
But in the league he took Liverpool closer to the title then they have done for 20 years. And don't forget his league success with Valencia in the hardest of leagues to break up a big 2.
