t is not hard to see that the team that won the league last year was very fortunate to do so.

yes it is. Luck doesnt come into it. We won more points than the others.
We cant compete with City and Chelsea financially. So why are you moaning that we dont?
To suggest that SAF left a
team that could compete with £100m of
improvements to 3 of its rivals this summer
without improving is ludicrous.

your point would have made sense had Moyes not wasted the entire summer chasing hus previous club players. Or is it Fergie s fault too

he didnt. He spent most of it chasing Fabregras and trying to keep Rooney at the club. He spent the last 24hrs chasing his mate at Everton

The hard bit is talking to agents about personal terms
RBW, I'm not the one moaning that we don't
I'm simply saying that man for man we no longer have the players to win the title this season. I think it's definitely a papering over the cracks argument to say 'we got more points.' Yes, we did. However, we played very poory last season, winning a lot of games by comig from behind, being outclassed in midfield by teams like Fulham, WBA and Stoke at home but still managing to win. We won so many point from losing positions, but that just isn't sustainable. Our title rib
vals have improved massively and to be honest apart from a select 4 or 5 players where we can match them they have the beating of us in every position. We have too many shirt carriers and not enough top class footballers.
Wayne, I think Fergie foresaw how the future of this team and got out whilst he could.
There's no way in a million years the greatest manager ever believed the likes of Anderson, Cleverley, Evra, Young, Valencia and Welbeck were good enough to compete with the players at the disposal of Chelsea and City for another 5 yrs with Vidic, Rooney and RvP were on their way out.

So its all Fergies fault now? You wanna see he ran out like a coward? WOW.
You want Moyes out now Faranjinho? And replaced with Laudrup?
I just think he retired at the opportune moment having broken with tradition and splashed £26m on a title winning 29 yr old to ensure one final league title.

No I want Moyes to be given time and him to give a few of our players a slap and remind what club they are playing for.
I'm just answering the hypothetical question of the OP if he were to be replaced who would you choose. There aren't any Managers available at the moment, the ones that may have been Ancelotti, Jose all started new jobs 3 months ago. Laudrup may be tempted by CL football and if are going to loose it least we would do it in style.
Yeah that's interesting. I'm with you on giving Moyes at least a season.
Funny because a good mate of mine, staunch United also, said Laudrup would be his replacement.
Can't see him being overawed at United. Not saying Moyes is, although he has hardly hit the ground running. Think he's still getting up from landing on his head

In december when Fergie decided to retire there were.Jose and Pep for a start.
But to be fair Wayne this article is about replacing him now, not back in December
If we had signed Gareth Bale when he was at Southampton we'd have our left back/wing sorted out. But we didn't.
The time is now
Wayne, at what point in the 6 years without a title and mid table years of SAF would you have sacked him?

Why would I want Moyes out. Unlike what the majority think I am not a member of#MoyesOut drive. I didnt want him first place but nothing can be done.
I have resigned myself to mid table obscurity now
