Tell me cyp, what part do you disagree with?
That clearly they all are strong prem players? Hard to put that argument forward as has been pointed out, only 2 play anything like regular top flight football, the rest are playing at the level some of us believed them to be capable at, the championship.
Please, i am interested to hear what you disagree with?
Quite obvious DJ, we had a losing mentality and the club was in disarray behind the scenes, something that has been covered a million times, the dressing room was in bits.
And then we sacked a manager who may well have saved us, even by the skin of our teeth, for a manager who made things worse.......that based on the facts at hand, points per game etc etc.

There ya go ladies.................wolves under mccarthy,
Time sometimes lets us look back with rose tinted spectacles and we tend to think things were better back then.
What a shambles the defence was and mccarthy was a defender wasnt he?
Were you there that day because I was and its still painful.
And you say he shouldnt have had the sack, unbelievable.
Mick just isn't a particularly good manger on the defensive side of things for me.
It is no accident he has one of the worst win ratios in prem history, behind the likes of Dowie, Holloway et al.
So what if wigan survived, they obviously had a better team and manager than us then,so dj what position were we in on the 12th feb.2012............18th not 16th,if that had been the last day of the season we would have been relegated,as we so rightly were on the last day of the season due to our failure not to capitalize on previous seasons warnings and did not build a team of pl players not championship at best players.
You yourself have said about henry that it was mccarthy who told him to rein his neck in after all the criticism of his tackling which virtually nullified him as a midfielder and also who made the disasterous decision to make johnson captain which was the beginning of the end for him.
United lost heavily to City, but Moyes wasn't sacked.
I do feel we are in a worse position than we were under McCarthy, not just in storming the Championship, but also in the Premiership years that followed. I understand that some think we're in a better place now, down here with the Colchesters and Crewes, but I won't be swayed. For me, the Champo and Prem are still superior leagues.
Nobody thinks we are in a better position Bute, why talk such cráp for presumably an intelligent guy?
Tell me cyp, what part do you disagree with?
Not sure that I disagree with any of it as I can't remember reading it!
Just interested if you thought it was such a good post because you agreed with it or was it just well-written!
Albion beating Arsenal btw. Will Wenger be sacked in an hour or so!
Because it was a very good post making a very clear point.
Its just above Cyp, now surely you don't have a blinkered view
Take off those rose-coloured specs, Cinci. We're in a lower division now than we were then.
Strange isn't it dj that you defend muppet saying he wasn't at the club when we were relegated from the pl, well neither was solbakken when we got relegated to div 1.
Hmmm double standards seem to come to mind, or is it rose tinted spectacles?
Shhhh perton, you can't point out glaringly obvious things like that.
The biggest shame is we cannot go back and look at 12 yards, a few posting here were shouting louder than most about a certain sacking being neccessary.
oooh cinci trying to be the clever sarcy guy like the lie yesterday that I had been talking to him like a 3 year old child. Now I don't want you blubbing again just cause I pointed out your a liar wee cinci. But just as yesterday perton backed you up. Got a clique going wee boy? <wink>
Ooooh dj getting personal aren't you....seems a familiar trait of yours when someone hits a nerve.
I seem to remember that to cinci.
Certainly a trait of mine when people make up lies to have a go at me perton I will admit that.
Strange that you will defend Solbakken for spending 6 months with the club and only succeeding in taking us to 18th in the Championship. But wont say a good word about a manager that took us to the Premier League and kept us there for three seasons. Can we presume that failure is what you crave for from Wolves?
Haha DJ gets personal for a change, who knew
Think you and i shared the same view actually DJ, but you need enemies to get you through the week
Of course I do cinci whereas you write lies like this to make friends I presume?
----
Wondering if DJ will apologise to me for talking to me like a 3 year old child when I mentioned Golbourne on the left
pleased to see we did well without sako....AGAIN
DJ spoke to me like an infant about that as well
----
Keep blaming everyone else cinci, same old same old
As you are not around for the matchday threads, maybe you miss half the tongue in cheek comments we throw around, not remotely serious.
Anyway, i won't rise to your continual attempts to get into a row over the last 10 days or so, knock yourself out, its quite humorous.
Not trying to get into a row at all cinci, much to your disappointment I'm sure, just making sure that when you go around making unjustified comments that everyone realises its just someone in a glass house throwing stones
Ah, phew, coz i was getting worried you were disagreeing with everything i said, losing sight of your own beliefs in the process.
Wouldn't want that to happen
