The ref cost us 3 points not Wenger you clown.
Wizard... And other arsenal fans, the one competitive advantage Arsenal have over other clubs is Arsene Wenger. He's been there, done it, and is the longest serving manager in the league.
That is experience no amount of money can buy.
Imagine if wenger had left in the summer. All the new manage would be doing is following the popular arsenal fan viewpoint at the time.
Wenger does know what he needs to do. He knows the squad inside out and their capabilities.
No matter what the question, sacking Wenger would never be the answer.
And yeah the ref scrèwed us over against Villa.
We have had terrible refs in nearly every game this season and have still won due to class and confidence on the pitch. Once Villa equalised our heads dropped and defeat was inevitable. We wouldn't have lost that match if Flamini and Ozil were part of the team.
Well said Red. A lot of our fans won't appreciate what the man has done for the club until he has gone. Our greatest manager who has revolutionised the club in every way.

The ref slowed down our attack every opportunity didn't let us have advantage once but allowed Villa advantage every time. There was a reason the ref was demoted after that game

Rubbish, we were robbed by the same incompetent ref who giffted chelsea a goal yesterday.
If Ozil was offered any manager worth his salt would have made efforts to sign him.
It was a reaction to the player being available, not to the Villa game.
It's all very well to slate Wenger's critics in hindsight. But I can perfectly understand why many (at one point MOST) fans were very critical of Wenger and wanted him to change his transfer policy or go. The club was going thru its worst period in history, the barren years, departure of key players, the 8-2 mauling at OT which forced Wenger to rush for a car boot sale, the losses to Blackburn and Bradford (the first by any PL club to 2 lower div teams in one season), the perennial nerve-wrecking struggle to finish 4th, then add the most expensive club tickets in the world. If you go back to the gloomy days the anti-Wenger posts were by far the majority, and you cannot ignore the fact that all this pressure forced him to change his transfer policy and turn things round. At any other top club Wenger would have been sacked years ago, that is a fact. Fergie was nearly sacked after barren seasons, and was later forced to accept a one-year rolling contract. Nobody ever doubted Wenger's quality as a top manager, but he had become arrogant. Piers Morgan's "We want our Wenger back" was very apt.
DJ doing an excellent job of exposing the ret.arded sc um
Some of what Piers Morgan says is true. most of the time hes wrong but a lot of what he does say is true e.g. ramsey poor last year good this year. (dont know why he was slated for that as that was a fact)
if piers morgan wasnt such a then people wouldnt have slated him then

It is how they went about it.
Özil was accidently signed by Wenger. We werent after him like we were after Suarez. But yes Wenger would have signed someone. Why people always thinking that our manager has no clue how football works is beyond me.
Wanting your team to lose is a bit OTT, I agree.
But let's be honest, us signing Ozil, who would've guessed it?
Things were looking very very dire before then. Even I was criticising Wenger a lot. Had no faith in him I'll be honest.
