No manager would have come in the summer Sir Alex retired and sold a load of title winning players. It's insane to think anyone would have gotten rid of 4 or 5 players.
========================================
Many managers would of made major changes to be honest, its what this team needs to be honest
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Really? How many changes did Mourinho make to Chelsea?
Lampard and Ramires still play in midfield. Luiz still plays at the back. Torres still plays upfront.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
did i mention jose?
i said stated that a lot of managers would of made big changes because they would want players that suit them and play a different style
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, that's your opinion but I think most would agree that coming in and selling a bunch of title winning players would have caused chaos in the dressing room and been a risk too far.
Perhaps next summer he'll start to make his mark on the team and the likes of Evra, Rio and Giggs will leave/retire.
Any team that comes to OT with decent midfield and gives it a go will get a result. That's just how bad we've become
Just watched it on itv4.....the pen was well dodgy as well, clearly I've fooked up here so here's a pen for you refs hey, who would be one??

It wasn't that much different last season. We lost to Spurs, Chelsea and City at home and also nearly drew with Saints, Newcastle, Reading, Fulham and Swansea.
United were on the decline before Moyes came. He faces (as would any manager) a massive task to get us back to the top again.
The biggest factor will be the Glazer factor. Will they hand over £100 million this summer?
Robb
Thet cant have goal line tech in the B/L otherwise you'd of thought it would of registered that the ball didn't cross the line
Robb I agree we have had garbage midfield for years.

Yeah, it's a shame. Germans are so forward thinking so I assume it'll be there soon.
The BMW line tech or something like that
Utd will fade unless we seriously improve the midfield. Ww ger outplayed in middle by most sides we face home or away.
Moyes knows the midfield is an issue.
We bid for Fabregas, Khedira and Herrera this summer and i've no doubt next summer (or even winter) we'll get another CM or two.
VCD
Other teams have learnt to press us in midfield and we just cant seem to play our way out of it
To be fair very few teams will press like Saints did on Saturday.
They are among the best in Europe at doing what they do. That's not an exaggeration and will get some great results every big team they play.
imagine what'd happen if we played Bayern Munich if that happened against Saints although seeing as this season seems to be ridiculously stupid, we'd probably end up beating them
Mex, what's your predictions for the games tomorrow?
Vela will surely score and then Arsenal fans will be saying he is world class
Steaua 1-1 Basel
Schalke 2-1 Chelsea
Arsenal 2-3 Dortmund
Marseille 1-1 Napoli
Porto 3-1 Zenit
Vienna 0-4 Atletico
Celtic 1-1 Ajax
Milan 1-2 Barcelona
i wouldnt take any notice of what i think, im bottom of the Serie A predictor league
You won me a fookload 2 weeks ago. Though I did ignore your Arsenal/Napoli prediction just as I will ignore your Arsenal/Dortmund one
