It was keans ultimate downfall though - becoming so threatening and itimidating that SAF ended up getting rid of him. As i said, as a player you couldnt fault gim - as a man he is horrible and also an ex player that seemingly had an axe to grind with the club shown through his comments. I mean we fans paid 60/70 quid a ticket and he slated us too!!!

I dont ever recall him slating the club and apart from the prawn sandwich remark which was spot on keane has always been complementry about the utd fans especially the travelling support.
If he cant take the criticism levelled at him then dont give it!

Where has Roy ever said he can't take criticism??

Roy is just telling the truth
Roy has never slated the genuine United fans, he (rightly) had a go at the people who book a suit at OT, order champagne and food and have no interest in the game.
In his own book he didn't slag off members of the current squad (that Keane played with), i remember he had a go at Schmeichel, Sheringham and I think Stam but not players he was playing with at the time, and all though he was out of order during the MUTV interview he was right about the young players, (Smith, Richardson, Miller etc).

u think u lot would have a chance to beat Dortmund, well judging by last night perormance u would have got hammered u lot were terrible if it werent for the own goal u lot would have drew with Sociedad at best
if it werent for the own goal u lot would have drew with Sociedad

No shizzit sherlock
Did you figure that out all by yourself or did you look in the rule book
I'd wager that if that own goal hadn't have been scored, we may have tried harder to score.
Call it instinct, or perhaps intuition.
