I'll be interested to find out how much ground Pirlo ran yesterday. Don't think it will be anyway near the English midfielders.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
pirlo may have an impressive map in terms of movement but off the ball he was never in any rush from what i saw. He basically breezed around
So Valencia doesn't even wear 7 for Ecuador. Clown!
England were one of the favourites to win Euro 2004.
The 'golden generation' gets massively underrated nowadays. They may have underachieved to a certain extent, however, they were still a good international team and one of the top teams around at the time - even if we didn't win anything.

Exactly. Was not a lot between the teams but Italy didn't expend energy, whereas we did. So it made sense that we cramped up with 30 minutes remaining
Valencia to chuck his toys out the pram again when somebody fouls him?

mate in England they are favourites in every competition
even were favourites when they didn't qualify. LOL
Jefferson Montero is decent isn't he?
Only thing more ridiculous than the pink/blue puma boots are the matching keeper gloves
He's been linked with West Ham for £4m
I like Inler, I wanted us to sign him at one point.
Djourou should be signed up.
Switzerland are the only team to have gone out of a World Cup without conceding a goal.
They were on of the favourites around Europe.
I don't care that Greece won it, it was a fluke. The three best teams at that tournament were Portugal, France and England.
