they call him a rapist and a judas

RVP right to celebrate his goal

Who cares what they think

RVP's celebration today showed that he and Arsenal have moved on.

Well, he's moved on anyway.

It's just pathetic. They've been moaning all day about the few people chanting at Arsene, which of course is wrong and needs to be stopped but then proceed to calling Van Persie every name under the Sun.

They've just plummeted back down to Earth a little. They're still up there but they've just realised they are also vulnerable.

its not even a big deal to be honest

if ronaldo celebrated against utd, i wouldn't mind at all because he doesnt play for us anymore

They sing 'she said no robin'

Then they whinge about him celebrating. What a set of morons they are

posted on 10/11/13

I also find it funny how they think it's fine to call RVP a rapist yet are up in arms about the Wenger paedo chant.

He was right to celebrate. Arsenal fans have done nothing but disrespect him since his move. Even when he didnt celebrate last season they still slaughtered him at the emirates.

They are just a bunch of b!tches, made more obvious given that we ALWAYS own Arsenal

Generally speaking when you score against a former club you do the subdued 'non-celebration' celebration

it's not good form what he did

posted on 10/11/13

TKT,

He did the subdued shíte last season and they booed and chanted ràpist at him....

posted on 10/11/13

He didnt celebrate enough! United paid £24m for him and has played for united for over a year now, so ffs fook off gooners you sad pathetic bunch!!!

posted on 10/11/13

I see the pointless scouser is here did rvp go towards the gooners?? No he celebrated with his team mates and own supporters so fook off!!

Arsenal fans sing about him being a rapist.

How do they expect him to not celebrate scoring an important winning goal ?

There is no loyalty in football

Celebrating against your old team isn't an issue as far as I'm concerned.

Ronaldo didn't celebrate against United but had he it wouldn't have made me respect him any less because he plays for a new team.

just sayin - pretty much everyone else does it

Perhaps RVP didn't love Arsenal as much as fans thought he did.

Ronaldo loves Utd and that is evident always.

TKT you do talk a whole load of sh|t. I bet you loved it when Ince celebrated his equaliser against us in 98/99

posted on 10/11/13

Don't know why anybody would complain about that. It was United's cup final and obviously they would celebrate any goal they scored like the winner in the CL final. Some Gooners need to stop being so precious.

"they call him a rapist and a judas"

A bit like you guys were doing before he joined you. He was a "rapist" then.
And according to a lot of your fans, it was also clear cut that Rooney was superior to him.
He joins you and he's the best striker in the world.

Our cup final haha love it. Don't think so lad. 2006 was the last time you won at OT

Not really true though is it? Not everyone does it. Some players do it out of a sign of respect. But thats a 2 way thing. RVP was respectful twice last season and got rapist taunts thrown back at him. What's he supposed to do? Not score?

TBH, there shouldn't be any reason not to celebrate against your old clubs. A players loyalty is with the club that employs him.

Wizard

'United's cup final' you clown! This coming from a club that has won nothing since 2005. Jog on

posted on 10/11/13

You can win nothing for 1000 years and still play in 1000s of cup finals.

United needed to win today, if they lost they were out of the title race. United celebrated after the match like they won the league. Arsenal could afford to lose as our main title contenders dropped points this weekend.
