just checked they are all useless. This game is very much over.

Sarfraz is under no pressure now but when the pressure is on that's when he crumbles.

Can't remember last time we scored big when batting first. It doesn't help when the majority of our players have better averages when batting in 2nd innings which usually means runs in a losing cause.

For me its even simpler. Ahmed Shehzad, Khurram Manzoor, Hafeez, Shafiq. You can't expect a team to win that has four batsmen who keep on failing in every innings.

Winning, agree with you in others, but not shafiq. He's got an average of 40, but lacks consistency. Batted well vs Saffers home and away... Needs to take responsibility though

Shafiq's average before this innings was 37. It's going in decline. He has numerous big score innings in losing causes which counts for nothing. We need batsman to score heavy in the first innings and when it matters.

The only time he delivered was when we beat England in the 2nd test. We need to see more off that.

He also very suspect with the new ball so putting him at 3 will be like playing Hafeez.

This is actually quite a thrashing in the end. Fatmore will be happy as he's Sri lankan in the end.

Silva has made 254 runs so far in this series. ....Shehzad, Hafeez & Shafiq between them have made 260

Next test:

Out - Khurram - awful technique and will never survive outside sub contact. 30 average in 12 tests is terrible and he's been exposed here.

Hafeez - poor decision to bring a known failure back and has backfired again

Bhatti - yes he's quick but he has no game plan other than to bowl quick. He does nothing with the ball and is very predictable.

Rahat - the only way he will get a wicket is if the batsman is asleep. Offers us nothing.

In:

Shan Masood - rather see a kid have a go than the crap from Hafeez and Khurram.

Azhar - better option than Hafeez

Rehman - needs to play on these flat tracks to compliment Ajmal.

Gul - much better option than Rat.

Are you being serious about Bhatti? I think he's got something in him. Batted well and is more than capable of holding his place in the team as a third seamer. I wouldn't drop him.
