Lawwell is a clownshoe. He does the minimum required of a Celtic CEO...I don't understand the fawning adulation for some supporters.
Yesterday wasn't a throw away line...it was fed to him by bankier....so almost certainly scripted. Pete isn't a funny guy...he doesn't show a lot of humour on a day to day basis so he shouldn't have tried yesterday. It demeaned his position at the sfa and reflected badly on the club.
If he's unhappy with the rangers situation he should man up and come out and make his position clear. Otherwise he should button it.
