Chu - better than just ignoring the facts when somebody shows you them. Look up the sfa stuff your self .
Must be international break
Nah you made the claim that the sfa had made comment on rangers status I am asking you to back then up. You cant and you're now dodging the issue.
Mick....dead right mate. The Ada decision was a matter of opinion....not of law or fact. It carries no more weight than anyone else's opinion on here.
I think the argument is simple....it's football...so the law is irrelevant. Rangers can have their debts and their history but not one without the other. It's an emotional argument but most rational people would agree with it.
Chu - here you go . The transfer of sfa membership
SFA, Tuesday 17th July 2012 – “Sevco Scotland Ltd bought Rangers Football Club PLC’s share in the SPL and membership of the Scottish FA as part of their acquisition of assets. Under Article 14.1, Sevco Scotland are requesting the transfer of the existing membership of Oldco. This is different to an application for a new membership, which generally requires four years of financial statements.”
SFA, Friday 3rd August 2012 – “The Scottish FA can confirm that The Rangers Football Club Ltd have today received confirmation that full membership of the Association has been transferred”.
Lord Nimmo Smith, 12th September 2012 - “In common speech a Club is treated as a recognisable entity which is capable of being owned and operated, and which continues in existence despite its transfer to another owner or operator. It is the Club, not its owner and operator, which plays in the league.”
Lord Glennie, 6th June 2012,also made clear the distinction between club and company when he said:
“This is a petition for judicial review by the Rangers Football Club plc, a company presently in administration. That company presently operates Rangers Football Club (to whom I shall refer as "Rangers"”
That good enough for you?
Silly question
" ah bit bit "

Sing-Oh it all gone quiet with the chu.
Well thats nonsense for a start seeing as your club didnr receive full membership only associate membership of the sfa also you didn't buy your spl share nobody can it belonged to the spl hence the vote to let you back in the league.
Do for the fact that both those sfa statements are factually incorrect we can discount them.
It's a bunch of lads with degrees an advertising and media studies. Who made that decision....which is nonsense by the way...worlds most successful football club...ffs
Have some dignity
I'm beginning to think Celtic fans will say one thing and rangers another
