actually i was there and southampton were the best team that came to old trafford last season but atleast we won!

So why the 'we would batter Southampton' comment?
There was a spell in the game when we looked like the old Utd and that was when Nani and Adnan were on the pitch.
What they were doing on the bench and what Fellaini was doing on the pitch ahead of Anderson still remains a mystery

You said the other day that Moyes was a negative manager who waits too long to make subs.
Are you gonna give him the credit for being adventurous and making relatively early subs? 58 mins in.

Last season we were awful and drew at Swansea but this year we won 4-1.
Last season we only scored one (own goal) at Sunderland and this year we scored 2!
Last season we struggled in the CL and this year we've created more chances than any team in the competition.
It works both ways.
"This team beat Chelsea and were leading at City. Melton probably might have a different view but at 1-1 Everton really should have had a penalty and who knows after that."
I do have a very different view. As did Leighton Baines after the game
Personally i thought united lost their way with the subs, arden yes but nani was plain hopeless again and taking off rafael and kagawa was pluzzling to say the least, as giggs and welbeck remained on the pitch- both were just woeful

Kagawa was seemingly ill. Was in a bad way and paramedics ended up at his flat later that evening. I too was miffed at the time though
Rafa's first game in ages, wasn't a surprise he didnt last the 90
Nani played well at Leverhuson and was then dropped again. He wasn't really useless aside from the shot that hit row z
Agree Giggs second half was anonymous and I too thought welbs should have gone instead of Kags but at least we now know why
Macca, the one thing that annoys me most on this site is that people regard the players as computer game characters who should do this and that without the realities of life being a big reason why they do or don't play.
The fans slate the managers but if they could sit down with the manager he could easily explain why each decision is made.
Your explanations on Kagawa and Rafael should show why people need to think rather than rush to rash judgments!
