GB

Allen is more technical than who?

Allen is a donkey.

I'm convinced this GB is an Everton fan on the biggest WUM 606 has ever seen.

You come out with some utter nonsense.

Banter aside...gunners just conceded SIX, so there is a great incentive to close the gap on the leaders; we will see what pans out but I am jusg happy that we have both coutinho and suarez ready

Whl.....you dont think allen is a technical player? Ur serious??

Allen is very technical and Lucas is technical as well.

Allen has a decent touch.. Lucas is a walking yellow card.

Allen is technical because he can pass the ball short???

He can't even start in your average midfield ....

Some people here are nuts.

Allen is a very average player just like Henderson.

Allen has started the last two games after coming back to full fitness. We won those games at a canter.

He's okay but we do need him to have a good game tomorrow and he is capable of that. We'll see.

I'm just wondering what games you have watched him in and when.

Spurs are a very average team who have done virtually nothing for decades.

Lifer.. agree he's average, but in a technical sense, at least Henderson and Lucas put the boot in while being mediocre.

Tom Carroll will be a better player than both

Hoody...he probably hasnt watched any games with allen in, he plays for lfc therefore by default is average. I am sure tomorrow allen will show his worth, as already mentioned hes back to full fitness.

Allen is good at short passing?

Shouldn't all footballers be good at passing

Depends what you mean by average really. Average top half premiership midfielder? Yep. You could pick or chose a player from another side around you that would get in your side.

I don't really buy into this awesome Spurs midfield though. They are strong and fit. Dembele is a very good player, they all are really, but as a unit it lacks goals and I think you can press Paulinho and Sandro into passing errors.

In my opinion it will be the more fringe players that win or lose this game.

Most of the players tomorrow will be full Internationals. I'm not scared or nervous about tomorrow as anything other than a win would be a good result but if we perform to our best there is no doubt that we can win and visa versa.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I feel it will be the team element that will get the upper hand not who has most recently played for Brazil. We need to score first.

Arouna;

By that I mean you can give him the ball in a tight area at pace and he has the ability to come out with it and move it on accurately. Not everyone can do that.

Just listening to Ossie and Pienaar do it, can't be that hard

Anything less than a win tomorrow will be seen as a failure as the teams around liverpool won.

The acid test of that midfield

Its not actually true that Spurs have the most possession.

Swansea do, followed by Southampton, in the Prem:

Spurs 3rd, followed by Chelsea, Man C, Everton, and us in 7th a massive 2% behind Spurs.
