The bookies have taken a lot of money on Schaaf over night. He's now 3-1 with Sky Bet!

£160 coming my way if it happens. Ch-ching!!!

I'd be very surprised if Flores gets the job. He'll be expensive. Must be on a big whack where he is.

Schaaf is out of work and has very good credentials.

Either one would be great but I obviously want Schaaf so I can pick up some winnings.

As others have said, Zola would be a step backwards!!

Flores or Schaaf for me, ideally Flores as Schaaf has been a one club man all his life, so think Flores has more experience. But either would be a real coup!

You can still get Flores at 14-1 which seems like bloody good value!

For those askingg about Thomas Schaaf backroom staff, his assistants at Werder Bremen were Wolfgang Rolff and Matthias Honerbach #wba

I might stick with my Schaaf bet. It's looking pretty good at the moment.

Rosenberg had a good scoring record under Schaaf.

That's how good a manager he is.

He's been my favourite ever since he's been a candidate.

Everybody. Stick £10 on Schaaf and £5 on Flores.

At current odds you can only lose if neither gets the job and if you do it online you could get free bets with participating bookies.

You can thank me later!

Just to let you guys know Thomas Schaaf is pronounced as Thomas Sharf rather than Shaf.

Flores has a 2 year deal at Al Ain worth less than 3 million euros.

Here is some info about the 2 of them:

Thomas Schaaf:
1 - His name is pronounced as Thomas Sharf
2 - He took over Bremen when they were facing relegation, saved them that season and won the German cup.
3 - He won the league title in 2003/2004, the German Cup in 1998/1999, 2003/2004 and 2008/2009. He took Bremen to the Uefa Cup final in 2008/2009 losing to Shakhtar Donetsk.
4 - During his time at Bremen he favoured a 4-3-1-2 formation but when teams knew how to play against it, he changed in recent years and then used a 4-2-3-1 and 4-3-3.
5 - He is till fondly remembered at Bremen with this video showing how much the fans still liked him at the first home game of this season for Bremen - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stj1xcTvS2k
6 - He was responsible for giving Mesut Ozil the chance to shine that Schalke were not going to do.

Quique Flores:
1 - He won the Europa League and European Super Cup with Atletico Madrid.
2 - He led Valencia to 2 Champions League Qualifications including the quarter final.
3 - He won the Portugese Cup with Benfica.
4 - At Valencia he favoured a 4-2-3-1 but then changed to a 4-4-2 for no reason and lost his job.
5 - At Benfica he used both 4-2-3-1 and 4-4-2 with the 4-2-3-1 bringing better results.
6 - At Atletico Madrid he used mainly 4-4-2 due to having Aguero and Forlan together but it became his major downfall because teams grew accustomed to it and knew how to play against. He never seemed willing to give 4-2-3-1 a proper run until the end of his tenure. Atletico Madrid were very good when at their best. This video will show it - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rl9DjFRvrX0
7 - In UAE, he won the Emirates Cup and Presidents Cup with Al Ahli.
8 - He is currently at Al Ain in UAE and has turned their season around and put them back on track for a title push playing a 4-2-3-1.
