Maf is actually surprisingly grown up when talking about cricket
It's like talking to someone with split personalities

Its in full flow at the moment Brummie ...I have had my EA phone call to warn me of the guage information and peak.
I think they just hole up under the branches in floods dont they, I heard they only got in the river because a stately home got its lake washed over ...dont know if that true though
Maf is actually alright palmers - he is a bit obsessive about Spurs to a point of being scary - but people want him to bite and he delivers what they want, He never actually loses it.
Brummie- typing on phone is not easy and Huawei is actually very good in auto correction
Sideshow- you are looking for trouble
So you have 'Royal' Carp
Anyway laters fella's, I've been putting off getting the car filled up all evening. I running on fumes ATM and it's getting towards 2200hrs!
It's been a pleasure, as always
Unlike a lot of people on here I don't mind Maf, but that's easy for me to say because he isn't always tucking into my Club like he does Spurs.
He certainly does have a thing for them. He hardly bothers with us. On one article WUMing us, he and I ended up joining up to tuck into a Spurs fan who had joined in. How does that work?
Summer 69,
He is actually quite likeable, or dificult to dislike, I dont think you would dislike him even if he was going against Chelsea all the time like he does Spurs.
He is proper obsessed, but in fairness to the kid, doesnt get personal beyond peoples user names and never has a proiper cry and rant
oddiY, I agree I know he really gets under the skin of some posters but like you say his insulting is not personal. He also seems to have a play on words with every posters username.
he does generate soork for the admin though - I think some people do actually dislike him, but they goad him for a reponse, and he always delivers.
Funniest thing is he makes bets saying he will leave if Spurs beat whoever, for a wum ..and then doesnt leave when they do for the double whammy, and people get the hump with it
Yeah he certainly don't pay his debts, which I suppose just adds to his irritant value

I cracked up when he called genius greaves, greasy greaves
Maf is blatently putting this act on imo. He can speak coherent English, he just chooses to dumb it down for the Spurs fans.
Summer 69 ...when you think about it objectively, which until this chat with you I hadnt ...that is a clever tactic, Its two wind-ups for the price of one
He absolutely loved it also when I called Muswell Hill Spurssssssssss "Muggy Hill" he was using it to him all the time after that although knowing Maf he had probably already thought of it years before.
There should be a Maf appreciation club
I did a poll to get him back on opur board once, Admin jut said "No, he would never be able to keep up wih the fall out"
Im with you Mr C, he definitely acts the dumbarse, because he never makes mistakes with his word play
Cocknic, Cholonic and Thlidd are my faves
oddiY, I agree again, he knows that reneging on his bets just inflames his "victims" even more. To be honest I saw this ages ago. For Maf It's like buy one get one free
