Good to sort this situation out finally, arsenal have a huge next 2 weeks which will without doubt define our season.
you know what makes me laugh? sky sports spent the whole summer talking about fabregas' 'impending move' - but now that it's confirmed, they haven't even mentioned it.
The remainder of this window will tell us everything that we need to know with regards to what direction our club wishes to take.
Good riddance, let hope you don't have the Arsenal curse, only you know what you did behind the scenes Cesc!!
I find the anouncement very short and shows that Wenger did everything to keep him. And that underline my suspicion that Cesc himself forced his move by all means. That makes me even more feel bad because the guy wasnt honest with us for far too long. When he would have come out at the end of last season and said clearly what his intentions are I would have understand him. But all he did is saying that he is happy where he is. So in that way he wasnt honest.
like my children, i want what is best for them, and for them to be happy. cesc has my blessing (not that he gives a fu[k).
goodby Fibreglass i hope u take Arsenals bad luck with you,you and Filthy Barca are welcome to each other.
Of course fabregas forced it through, did anybody really believe he missed pre-season through injury? Wenger left him out because he wasn't in his plans for the new season, nasri on the other hand was a late decision because wenger thought he could convince him to stay.
Imagine he failed his medical
it is hard to sympathise with his 'plight' and to wish him well, to be honest. i could have done so were it not for the fact that he's actually paying to leave.
FU.CK Fabregas. How much are we getting for that piece of 5hlt?
Iwas there when sagna got his haircut (U6693)
imagine if Cescs plane crashed in the middle of the Game tonight and wiped out the whole barca team, would cesc refuse to join them then
Even if he failed his medical I think they would still take him. This shall be an interesting season. I usually don't watch La Liga on a regular but I will start this season. hala Madrid. And I knew Cesc was leaving this summer because he hasn't played in an arsenal shirt since like may.
Good bye and good luck. Even if you have paid us because you were that desperate to get away we still love you and will love you more than Barca fans ever will.
Imagine if Barcelona suddenly starting failing to break teams down, letting in stupid goals, capitulating towards the end of the season and generally turn into a shambles with potential.... And we suddenly go on a season-long unbeaten run and run away with everything?
Would Cesc then officially become the most talented player never to win anything?
Would teams pass him around like some cursed doubloon that damns every ship which carries it to be lost with all hands?
I wish he had left on better terms instead of letting Barca rob us in broad daylight. He has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I hope his career takes a nose dive at the speed of a returning space ship in space.
I wish I would know how Wenger feels over his departure. I think he really crying.
Batmanu - Why you still sucking up to Cesc, he don't care about us, he's been trying to tell us for the past year and half he wanted out!! Through his mates, because of his actions we got a cr@p price for him.
Barca and him connived it together!
Question: Why do you think Arsenal homepage put the confirmation so late on? I would expect a confirmation today but earlier.
Wenger is really torn up by this I am sure. This is not the first youngster that he has blooded to show him the middle finger.
Because fabregas would leave england when arsenal agreed the deal, he left couple hours ago so this is why it is announced now.
We got a cr@p price for him because our negotiators whoever they were have been spineless cowards. Cesc had 3 years left on his contract, we have been saying all Summer £40M or get lost yet we have agreed on the eve of our first match of the season to sell him for €29M (apparently that money will come in installments).
So who should we be angry with. The guy who has given us 8 great years despite being surrounded with dross for the majority of them and has decided he wants to move to his home town club who happen to be the best in the world. Or should we be angry with the clowns that let him go?
I wish he had left on better terms instead of letting Barca rob us in broad daylight. He has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I hope his career takes a nose dive at the speed of a returning space ship in space.

Well said. At least Henry captained us to honours, and nearly a CL trophy.
