For some reason I can see Chelsea winning the league, Maureen has the bland defensive but very effective style back into Chelsea.

Didn`t Arsenal get shafted for half a dozen goals at the City ground just a couple of weeks back.

Sandy don't try it, try talking about your team letting in 5 with no response.

Why do people go on about Barca as if they're the same team from 09-10?
They're nothing special. If anything I'd back City to smack them at home. It'll be a high scoring game, no doubt.

They are top of their league and they have this little guy called Messi in their team, who can single handedly destroy teams on his day. Also have quite a few other good players, like Neymar, Sanchez, Iniesta etc.
Man city aint even top of the premier league, they below this team that has fluked their way there after 22 games.

So what? Is that what you judge teams on? Top of the league? You serious?

City going forward are a destructive force. Barca are still very dangerous and could very well embarrass City. But they're not the force they once were.

Well if a team is top of the league, it generally means there pretty good. I also said a few decent players names too. What do you judge your teams on? players, goals scored, goals conceded, what?
Man c have been smashing goals in at home, that's it.

You have to take all those things into account. But mainly I look at the quality of personnel.

Barca have some quality, so do City. Just tired of people going on about Barca as if they're the same team from 2009.
Xavi and Iniesta are not what they used to be.

I know what your saying but at the same time i'm tired of everyone going on like Man city are the best team in Europe, Kompany or Joe Hart aint what he used to be either. They are beatable as has been shown a few times this season.

Guess it goes both ways. haha You're right. City are not the best team in the world. And as you said, they mainly blow teams away at home with a little bit of help from linesmen and refs.

A lot will come down to who is fit.

In terms of the CL, Bayern are still the team to beat for me.

Arsenal no doubt have a real toughy against Bayern.
But they are beatable.

Exactly, they are as we have shown last year and you have this year.
PS i do sense the sarcasism of your post!

This post may very well be sarcastic, but I see City winning the lot this year. They look like their troubles away from home are behind them now and their confidence will be growing with each goal they score. Right now it's difficult to see them slipping up anywhere, against anyone.

The lot? Chill out son. Don't buy into the hype.

The refereeing descisions will be key
