Fletcher and Cleverley are ones who are vulnerable to leaving in my opinion. Carrick and Fellaini will definitely not be let go.
United often have a lot of central midfielders in the squad though. From 2009 to 2011 for example we had 7 players in that position in the squad - Fletcher, Scholes, Carrick, Hargreaves, Anderson, Gibson & Giggs (who had been converted to central midfield by that time).
I'd rather see the money going on someone who is PL proven, like Cabaye. Seems more sensible.

Valid point and I can understand that but at the end of the day, it's just my preference for somebody who I think is just as good/better and younger.
Again though, I wouldn't at all mind if Cabaye was signed because I know he'd improve us a lot.

It needs to be permanent in my opinion.
As he's not going to get many chances here then the best option would be,rather than jumping from one club to the next on-loan,for him to move permanently.

Cabaye is deserving of a top team, I think he'd improve even more with you as he shows regularly for France he clearly isn't out of his depth alongside 'better' players than he plays with currently. Often their best player, don't think he gets the recognition he deserves as a player.
