Why did Neville say that he thought Dzeko looked excellent, that Aguero's debut was the best he'd seen, that Silva's creativity was endless and that Yaya's engine was phenomenal?

Ghodfather instead of including a smilie to indicate you think you have said something funny, say something funny instead.

He didn't say who but the look on his face said it all and then there was an awkward silence.

Stop it, Boris. You're destroying the poor lads illusions.

Toaster: Howdy doodly do. How's it going? I'm Talkie, Talkie Toaster, your chirpy breakfast companion. Talkie's the name, toasting's the game. Anyone like any toast?
Lister: Look, I don't want any toast, and he doesn't want any toast. In fact, no one around here wants any toast. Not now, not ever. No toast.
Toaster: How 'bout a muffin?
Lister: Or muffins. Or muffins. We don't like muffins around here. We want no muffins, no toast, no teacakes, no buns, baps, baguettes or bagels, no croissants, no crumpets, no pancakes, no potato cakes and no hot-cross buns and definitely no smegging flapjacks.
Toaster: Aah, so you're a waffle man.

There was like an awkward silence for like 3 seconds then he just went "yea yea yea", it was quality

Watch Gary Neville's hands next time he's on MNF. Doesn't know what to do with them, proper jazz hands.

I alway laugh when fans mock another player of his stature:

Lets have a look at the facts:

Gary has played over 600 games for Englands top club. Has represented England in 85 different internationals.
Has won 8 league titles.
Has won 3 FA Cups
Has won 2 League cups
Has won 1 CL

Has moved to a TV job and unlike many ex-players is fai articulate and appears to be pretty balanced in his views (unlike others we could mention)

Now forgive me for being a wee bit pedantic, why do some fans feel the need to mock him all the time? Unlike other players he's never been in the papers for anything other than fooball matters (or that bog awful house) hasn't been seen blind drunk in the town booting sheite out of passers by, been done for drink driving, battered his wife, been sha gging anything that moves etc, the only think he's ever done is be a pretty good footballer and a fairly rich bloke

A bit sensitive dennis are we, don't see anybody mocking him, just thought it was funny how Mancini didn't have a clue who he was talking to. Thought Neville was very good last night it's just a same he's so bloody ugly. His face annoys the hell out of me.

I have to concede. I thought Mr Nev did a decent job in his new role. He seemed pretty knowledgable about the players & was also pretty complimentary about City.

I need to take a shower now.

He did seem a little nervous and self-conscious at times, but he will settle into his role and get better when it all starts to feel more natural to him. I agree with Bluemonster.

I quite like him. I loved some of his antics as a player winding the scousers up. However referring to his bog awful house, it is in fact the case that Gary Neville is not a red - he's a green

Leave Neville alone you are upsetting Dennis

I for one don't give a flying feck who's on!

Neville's pug ugly and shouldn't be allowed within 10 metres of a TV camera.

To me this is more of a negative reflection on Mancini, you wouldn't be expected to now every player from every club but if you don't even know who Gary is then you obviously have extremely limited knowledge of the English game...

Maybe its something in the water at City, Balotelli didn't know who Wilshere was either!
