Hate faddy things like Insanity and the people who go on about it as tho they have finally discovered they key to being fit!
It works of course, i have no doubts that those who complete it see and feel huge benifits BUT:
If you design any form of sensible HIIT program that you do 6 days out of 7 and commit to if for 60 days you will see those results. Total waste of money if you actually buy it.

There are weights unless you are using bands. I bet I'm getting it confused with p90x.
========
That's P90x admin 1. However with FocusT25 there are resistance bands
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Do not use bands those things are facking lethal. 30kg band snapping on an overhead press is horrifying. I genuinely thought I had broken my foot as the metal hit it at 500mph.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Was it broken admin or just badly bruised?
A very large canister of air toppled on my foot, swelled instantly, went A&E and they said it's badly bruised, have a paper slipper
I take my far off to anybody who has manager to complete the insanity programme. I've attempted it twice, first time I only lasted 3 days, but I was trying to cut my calories at the same time and just couldn't recover.
Second time I last 9 days, my body simply cannot hack it.
I know a guy who did he insanity programme with a rest day every ther day, the results weren't too dissimilar after 3 months, so you could do that.

my workout consists of getting a rizla, filling a rizla and then rolling said rizla... if I'm feeling energetic I will then smoke it

I've completed INSANITY, INSANITY ASYLUM and I'm now doing FocusT25. Bow to the master.
Try the FocusT25 Busby, it's a more sensible workout
i'd rather sit with a flabby belly and saggy man bréasts than do excercise to the point it makes you throw up.
where is the enjoyment in that

Ohhhh, I miss them days!!!
Insanity is a good program, as are Asylum and T25. For people that hate cardio and prefer lifting weights (like in other Beachbody programs) this will work equally well with proper nutrition.
I have been doing these programs for over two years now and prefer lifting with maybe 1 cardio day a week only.
