I really think you won't get 3/4 seasons from Gerrard at the level the team need.

don't think it's about taking people out persay but improving our options!

we've been lucky that we've not really had any injuries to Gerrard, coutinho, sterling, Suarez, sturridge, hendo!

imagine if we lost a couple of them at once!

I don't care if it's fair or not, if there is a chance to bring in better players then we have to!

We need more players, and good ones, could we last a CL season with this squad atm?

Nothing is perfect

Whilst his pace will fail him in the next few years or so, I've noticed retired legends such as Ronaldo, Zidane, Bergkamp etc, don't lose attributes such as their touch, pass and shot until years after they retire. I think with the level he's at now, Gerrard's key attributes are those that aren't reliant on youth

Not saying that. Name me a player we could get, where he would play, who we would take out for him, any formation alters if there would be one and would the team as a unit improve due to the addition.
That wasn't a challenge, I just want want names btw

Haven't watched many of your games but where does sterling play in a diamond formation? Always thought of him as an out and out winger

e've had injuries to all, bar Hendo. Just not at the same time!

nothing really bad, imagine if we lost Gerard for 3 months??????

We need to bolster more than anything, and add quality at LB and AM for the first team.

While we've had a great season thus far we could still easily strengthen all over the pitch.

Keeper
LB
RB
DM /CM
AM/wide forward

Fabio Coentrao at left back instead of Flanno, and Shaqiri ahead of Raheem as the attacking midfielder.

We shouldn't be thinking about taking players out. It's about getting players in to improve the squad, if those players show better form, then they come in.

I just think a quality left back is the main priority, and an attacking mid to rotate with Sterling and Coutinho. Another striker wouldn't go amiss either.

Wouldnt mind lars bender or kovacic

It's a squad game!

We need to improve the squad. For me I'd love to sign Lallana, Koke, Shaw, Verratti and Giroud.

Not saying any of those will happen but I'd quite like that for the reasons below.

Lallana and Shaw: Both good young English talents, Lallana is one of the best English technicians I've seen in years, plays like a Latin player which is great for our system (similar to how Joe Allen fits in but more attacking) and Shaw speaks for himself. Future best Left Back in the world in my eyes. Also Lallana is a reported Liverpool fan.

Koke: Exactly the right kind of quality we need in the attacking positions to push us on to the next level especially in the Champions League. Still young with many years ahead of him but could be excellent in the future.

Verrati - a young talented central midfielder who can play well in the holding position. Not sure how much he plays at PSG with Matuidi and Motta in the side so he might be feasible.

Giroud - if Arsenal were to sell him I'd certainly take him on. Offers a hugely different option to Suarez and Sturridge and despite the abuse he gets on here I think he's a very talented player.

Giroud?!

Big fan of Giroud.

Highly unlikely as Arsenal would never sell to us but yeah you read that right. Been saying it for a while.

Giroud ....takin the pizz??? No way is giroud a brendan type player....no way! Too slow and not fluid enough to interchange with the left and right; next you will want heskey back!!!
