Louis Van Gaal and Jurgen Klopp's representatives have been contacted by Manchester United. [TalkSport] #MUFC #MANUTD
How was Moyes classed as an up and coming manager? He managed Everton for 11 years.
That's what people called him Dazza

So does everyone think it will be a seasoned finished article manager rather than up and coming rodgers, simeone, pochettino type?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We'll rightly go for a proven manager and,in my opinion, its inevitable it will be Van Gaal.
Darren would you prefer Klopp or LVG?

Van Gaal said he will retire from football if he doesn't get a club he likes after the World Cup finishes
...
Great so he's already thinking about retirement
It's either gonna be Van Gaal or Giggs
Would love it to be Klopp but not gonna happen
Van Gaal certainly seems the likelier of the two. Would only be a short-term thing though, I think.
@DickinsonTimes: A side issue but don't believe Moyes' 6-year contract is relevant for pay-off. Understanding is he gets 12 months' money ie around £4.5m
Wikipedia: During several periods in his career, Van Gaal has had his troubles with the media. He is known to be very blunt with media representatives he perceives to be asking him 'stupid' questions.
The English press are going to love him then.
Klopp is the man I want, Dave.

Read this from Kroos on LVG, one word..
WTF
To be honest I dont think all these media outlets have much idea what is going to happen now.All speculation.
The Moyes news obviously came from a inside source while everything we're now hearing/reading ie managers, dressing room discontent, possible signings is pure guess work.
The media have been given the main juicy news now everything else is there just to keep on flogging the dead horse.
Jupp Heynckes doing anything?
I think you should go all out for Klopp. He has taken Dortmund as far as he can; as far as anyone can given the circumstances. I don't know why he would refuse-his opportunities can only get lessened as Dortmund inevitably fail to compete with Bayern. If he sticks around through no fault of his own he may get overlooked in the future for chasing the pipe dream of taking on a Bayern side that has far and away the resources he has.
Management is all about timing. Brendan Rodgers could have struggled in his second season with Swansea and remain forever unheard of; or Owen Coyle who was once linked with Arsenal could still be a manager had he jumped ship. The point is you have to move when you are highly regarded.
Nowt on itv news vrf, that jamie fella wasn't even on

Yeah I know, weird
He's gotta go, so many top journalists would look stupid.
Dark Knight Rises on Sky Movies
Arab, that quote about Van Haal dropping his trousers is from Luca Toni not Toni Kroos.
In any case, the guy seems nuts.

Think that's Luca Toni.
I've heard that before though, he sounds like an absolute nutjob. But maybe it'll be a breath of fresh air after 9 months of mundane Moyes.
