Why have you used the 4th December, when Tim's first Prem game was on 21st December (3 games later)?

We were 8th when Tim took over, we should finish 6th.

Because over a couple of weeks results in one or two games are immaterial. We had been bobbing around the top positions whilst AVB was in charge. And who you play in such a small sample of games is very important.

Only Pulis and perhaps now Poyet can justifiably claim to have improved their club's position since appointment.

Besides,, I didn't know exactly when Tim took over

And 3 being relegated? how is comparing his term as manager of Tottenham comparable to relegation threatened clubs? You're lauding him for not getting relegated now?

I just did a comparison of all clubs who changed managers, and 3 who changed went down. And 4 others finished lower in the league to when they were appointed.

Tim took us on when we were in 8th - we will finish at least 7th, possibly 6th.

That is progress however you want to look at it....

Yep. We've really progressed under Tim this season. Our lowest league finish since Harry

Chicken, we finished on 72 points last season, and now Tim will have us finished on no more than 69 points. It looks like we've gone backwards from when AVB was at the club, not progressed.

Whilst Tim can fack right off - the real villan is Dan Levy - sacking a manager w/o having a clue on who will be his replacement.

Yep, Levy should be gone if this goes t!ts up once more. Well he should be gone anyway, but what can you do?

I reckon Sandro might think the self serving Sherwood is more of a villain whilst watching the World Cup on tele like the rest of us. But you do have to question the ability of a man who could be pro Sherwood as manager

I think it’s important to note, that of the 10 Premiership managers that were replaced this season, Tim improved his club’s league position.
