Ings isn't playing for the under 23's today so he might start on Tuesday. Sakho is playing so he's probably not up for consideration.
I'd like to see Ings start as well but the Spurs second team will still be quite a strong line up so it's risky to make too many changes. Want to see us go in the cups with no Europe this season.
Part of me thinks Klopp will go for a much changed team.
