Yeah I'd be amazed if we ever play a back three/five (if include full backs) under Klopp.
Good experience for him to take from tonight though.
Considering his horrific injuries back to back he's been amazing this week.
A lot of pro football, or any competitive football, is having the bottle to perform on match day. Obviously it's not the same but I was always decent in training but more often than not shiiiiiiiiiit when it counted. I don't think that's going to be a problem for Gomez, TAA or Woodburn which bodes well.

We played it last season at Stoke. I think I remember it against West Ham before at some point too.
It won’t be a regular thing but he has played it.
I really can't stand the 352 that everybody seems to be using now. Feels like Conte got some success with it last season and since then pretty much everybody uses it.
Apparently Conte introduced 3-5-2 according to the press and pundits
Didn't Chelsea play more of a 3-4-3?
Well Conte definitely started the current fad of 3 at the back in the Premier League. No T Bone he clearly didn't introduce it but his Chelsea team did it first last season and was swiftly followed by Spurs, Arsenal etc once Chelsea had a modicum of success.
My point was I was sick of hearing it all last season that he was a master tactician. It was funny to see him win the league with a team that Jose could only manage 11th with though.
On that note it really winds me up when opposition fans say that Klopp never gets any stick from the press.
What they fail to realise is that when we beat a top 6 team that the press never praise Klopp for being a master tactician but instead they say the other team played really poorly. Nothing about Klopp's tactics to overcome the other team.

De Vrij is just another Lovren for me. Always looks clumsy.

Unless we get a proper DM I think most CBs will look exposed in our side. Keita will help as (from what I've read) he is a workhorse defensively whilst also able to attach but I think we need a genuine CDM to sit in and play where Hendo plays currently.
I had hoped it would be Can but that looks unlikely.

Could someone list five 'proper' dms for me in European football please. I'm genuinely at a loss.
