I have a feeling there is smothing going on off the pitch about Salah. He was not trying. He is not the type of players who gives up that easily. If he's marked closely then he drops back. Not today.

I think the team we’re buying into all this unbeatable stuff, despite all the public ‘one game at a time’ stuff. Hopefully we can reset and go again with our earlier hunger.

I'm okay about today. Priority was winning league which is done. Now on to the cups.

I am glad the talk about the unbeaten record is gone. Sky Sports don't have anything to talk about now.
Winning the 4 games is all what matters.

Yep, said this in the match thread. Also, it shows how much we need a quality addition to the front three. They were void of ideas tonight and someone like Werner would have been ideal to freshen it up.

Today’s truly proves one thing. The league is strong after all. The team in 17th has just beaten the European champions of the world, and PL winners elect, comprehensively.

Believe it or not but we have lost games with Hendo before. Like TT has said on his thread that we have been riding our luck at times since the Southampton game.

We even lost to a poor Athletico Madrid side with Hendo in team.

Still controlled the midfield in that game though, just couldn’t break down a stubborn defence.

Today we got bullied all over the park by a very physical Watford side but noticeably in midfield. All three of them were hopeless.

True I'd much rather have Hendo playing

Fabinho has been poor since his return from injury
Wij always gets a free pass but other than energy offers little. Especially away games.
Ox had another opportunity in midfield and was poor. Too much kick and rush.

I blame this coconut commercial stuff to be honest. Players took their eye off the prize by pretending to be legitimate actors.

Give them their due though. They ‘acted’ like headless chickens pretty well tonight.

credit to them for the incredible run but fack me how many wake up calls do they need? they come time and time again and never ever get out of 1st gear, so fkin casual, also Lovren and Salah were awful. The two best m8s. Lovren be lucky to play again, hope we can get few bob for him if his contracts not up.
