In the back of my mind I am a little concerned, but I reckon we will have wrapped it up by the time it happens, if it does.

Yeah, I am to be honest. We’ve got to get it done as soon as possible. Italy all games suspended, France and Spain all games behind closed doors now i think.

The initial measure will be closed doors here too but we might be in a race against time as can see that being only temporary.

We might be champions yes but relegation, Europe qualification will not have been determined by then. If they say the table is what it is after 33 games that will go to court.

All legal cases would be against the government wouldn’t they? Extremely hard case to win.

If City win their next two games then potentially we only need another 11 days. Although it could theoretically be wrapped up in four days, as unlikely as that is.

This is really interesting, as the impact on clubs being relegated without playing all 38 games would be huge and they'd no doubt challenge that.

Equally if they didn't relegate clubs then clubs like Leeds would miss out on promotion to the PL.

It would have enormous financial ramifications.

Be interesting to see what level the virus gets to before people are ready to take that sort of hit.

Ideally we need it done by the Palace game imo. Can’t see coronavirus circumstances dramatically changing in the next 10 days. Can see City winning both their games and wouldn’t surprise me if Everton got a point in their cup final.

In that event it then drags on another couple of weeks while we have the international break over which period things could easily escalate here the same way they have done in Italy.

Interesting to see how many of the internationals take place or if all fixtures get scrapped.

Just seen England are scheduled to play Italy on the 27th March, like that’s gonna happen

Well the wum I don’t care about. If even 1 person died as a result of the season being elongated then that is not a price worth paying.

Of course behind closed doors is probably what will happen due to TV and in the grand scheme would be the only acceptable way for all parties concerned.
