I just bought a 32 pack of toilet roll. Not because I’m stockpiling, but because that’s the size of the packet they come in.

Of course their isn't.
Id rather rent than be in one of the flooded areas now though. Apparently they cant even get insurance. Then you have all the repossessions.
Pros and cons to both.
I think there should be a cap on how many you can own though.

No there shouldn't. However private tenants should have far better rights. I'd rather make it impossible for private landlords to rip everybody off than stop people buying properties.
Well I think there should. Fowler own about 100 houses and I think it's wrong considering the lack of housing stock.
Yes - there should be a cap or some kind of law. This would make it easier for those not as fortunate to own their own homes. Not surprised Fred disagrees with this, considering the selfishness he has shown over the past few days.

i think to completely tornado proof a house would cost a alot, and its not as simple as just using bricks instead of wood, would probably need to be cast concrete (just a guess)

You were massively downplaying the epidemic to be fair,
ANd now you have watched that video you will realise that sort of behaviour is the difference between 10million infections and 400k after 61 days..
Both of those will collapse the NHS mind
You can stockpile houses, drive up the market, cause a lack of social mobility and exacerbate the widening of the rich and poor directly resulting in a lowering of living standards in the pursuit of money but you absolutely shouldn't buy a lot of soap.
