TBF, they’re probably in shock. They have been desperately clinging on to the hope that the club will somehow get the Sancho deal done, and then they wheel out a mid 30’s has been that no one else wanted....

It is the the definition of a panic buy.

Looks like Arsenal won’t be getting either Aouar or Partey so wouldn’t be surprised to see them panic buy a midfielder in the next hours.

Come from same people as last week who got it right that Alisson would play and that Thiago wouldn’t, so I expect he’s out.

Yeah I’m not convinced by the concussion bit. The reliable people haven’t given a reason he’s out. We will see, just passing on what I’ve read.
