If Watkins ended Adrian's career then what did he do to Joe Gomez career?

He was no where near VVD. There was a reason why they attacked our right side.

I must have watched a different game as attacks were coming from all angles. I just find the need for a scapegoat a bit stupid, especially when you've shipped 7 goals. The whole team as a defensive unit were poor but for me, the issue they were having should have been solved by a change in approach. Individual changes would not have changed anything.
Apart from Adrian, I don't see anything as individual issues in the game but as a collective, they were able to play a simple tactic to great effect, regardless of the individuals as their tactic overcame ours. We stuck to it throughout the game regardless. The obvious half time change for me was to put Fabinho back in a three, stop playing a highline and push the full backs forward. I was shocked when it didn't happen.

There’s seems to be something in these Butland rumours, all I can see from stoke fans is that he is absolutely awful.

You can’t buy an unreliable and generally shiite keeper just because they’re happy to sit on the bench. This is where the scouts need to step up and find a youngish up and coming keeper who doesn’t expect to be a starter.
Anyway, the way Alisson is going any keeper will get plenty of game time.

He wouldn’t have caught it on international duty though. In fact, the timing of this break actually benefits us.
Of course he caught it on international duty. He’s been there with the squad a week and 4 others in the Guinea squad have got it too.

What about the Liverpool players that have tested positive before the break, with an incubation period up to fourteen days, there’s at least as much chance he caught it at the club.
The whole thing is ridiculous. During the first “wave” we had football stopped after 1 manager tested positive. Already this season we’ve had dozens of player aswell as a manager ‘working from home’.
I know people like to put an asterisk next to last season but this one is now getting ridiculous
I reckon it’s much more likely he caught it with the international team.
Either way I don’t care, the point I was trying to make is it’s literally mental we have players flying off to all continents for internationals.
If Keita did bring it with him and has infected most of the Guinea squad as a result that just sums up what a shambles the whole thing is.
