No chance. They're nowhere near good enough. They beat the small teams but haven't had a result against a big team yet. Drew with City, Chelsea and Leicester, lost to Arsenal and Spurs.
As the season progresses, they'll fall back to their level of around fourth.

I don't think they're fortunate. They're just a good team but not great and therefore will win a load of football matches but ultimately come up short.
Personally I want them to finish top four. If they don't they may decide to get in a good manager, who could transform them with three signings and the right set up.
