So the strategy was to use the second wildcard when it became available so I would have 30 appearances this game week.
The next game week the free hit, and then this week bench boost to catch up with you or get close to you.

Strong team that, if true. Hopefully Matip comes through the session today ok.

Key to winning is obviously keeping Penandes quiet. Manage to do that, I fancy us to do enough.

Penandes as I keep reminding United fans has a shocking record in big games if you take his pens away. Really winds them up

He's going to be really good at football.

He's already really good. Their best player by all accounts.

Hopefully he carries on and brings some confidence back. Although I imagine he will have a loan again next season.

I don't think we'll loan him again myself, be a bad sign if so.

I think he'll take Shaqiris place in the squad.

Yeah he needs to be playing. Hopefully his impressive performances in the championship gets him a loan move to a PL club where he gets regular games next season. Then can assess if he’s ready for us after that.

He's what, 17? He could spend two years on loan in the right placement and still come back to be a quality player for up to 15 years.

Absolutely think we should be loaning Elliot out, maybe for a team like Leeds who play good football.

But agree, he should be back on loan getting games. Prem would be good but even a stronger championship side would work. A team at the top end of the championship in a title race would be nice.

For attacking players I think a top championship club is preferable to a lower league EPL, the onus is far more likely to be on attacking teams, breaking them down. There’ll be pressure to win week after week. The standard is obviously a lot lower but that’s closer to what he’ll experience at Liverpool compared to teams set up to contain and who will sacrifice attack for solidity.

So in terms of this season, I’d prefer to see a loan to a Norwich than a WBA.
