Sometimes there is always this CL clause where if a CL club come then he can leave at a certain fee. When Leeds signed him for £22m they won't have been sure he was going to be that good so you never know. Agreed very much doubt it will be £32m. Looking at £45m.

I'd sell my kidney to help fund the transfer if it's £32m

I'd be surprised if it's over £40m to be honest.

Hope we get him, Daka rumours appear to be gathering pace too

Question, several states are banning trans women from competing in women's sport.

Right or wrong? Really no idea where I stand on this one.

Madness to ban them. Outright disgraceful.

Any man that can chop off their member to change the way they present themselves to the world deserves to be accepted for their change.

That takes real balls.

That last sentence was a bit tactless

I get what you're saying but if Cristiano Ronaldo chopped off his tadger do you think it would be fair for him to compete in woman's football? Is that fair to women?

I'm playing. It's a touchy subject.

Has sport in general moved along with society in terms of gender fluidity? A resounding no. So it's kinda difficult to cater to transgenders while sport itself still hasn't tackled the inequality between womens and mens sport.

The oppression olympics that's going on these days is wild. I can't keep track of everything.

Allegedly it would be fairer to women if he chopped it off

The issue is, gender fluidity is all ideological no? The biological composition of the individual in question doesn't change because they believe they are a different gender. Still born with male muscle density etc which is what makes more physical than women.

When most sports are about physical ability, is it fair to allow somebody with a genetic advantage to compete?

I was having this conversation with a mate the other day who is totally against it even though it doesnt effect him in any way whatsoever.

I asked what the problem is if everyone who is competing is in agreement with it?

He couldnt answer but he's still absolutely against it even though it doesnt effect him whatsoever.

I think the fundamental thinking behind it has been lost in all the social media craze.

The way I think about it is that in it's essence, the notion that men can exist with more female characteristics and females can exist with more male characteristics in them and they should never have to be forced using the preconceived ideals setup by a system. Hence being non-binary.

I would say there are millions of women who have a genetic advantage over me in various sports seeing as there are women who can run the 100m in about ten seconds. I could have trained my entire life with the best coaches and still not have clocked that time so how does that work?
