They've all got potential to be first team players, although all 4 obviously won't be unless the team goes to a diamond shape midfield, which I doubt will happen as well, but who knows.

Saw a comment about going for the Haaland's and Bellingham's before they cost £100m but that's something the club has been exceptional at doing for years. Imagine the kind of fee's that Salah and Mane would command now compared to the prices they were bought for. Look at Coutinho as well for example.

If I was in charge of recruitment, the players I'd be looking at right at this moment would be Tielemans, Zakaria, Neuhaus, Kessie, Dembele, Coman, Nkunku and Adeyemi. Ultimately, there's a reason I'm not part of the recruitment set up but I'd back Klopp to get the most out of any of those players and/or they'd offer something to the squad for what they would cost i.e. Kessie/Zakaria on a free as a solid, reliable squad player is a bit of a no-brainer bit of business. If the club can attract them to be competitive squad players that is.

@FabrizioRomano

Denis Zakaria has received many approaches in the last weeks, out of contract in 2022. He recently changed his agent - Bayern have joined the race, also Liverpool asked for information since he’s with Hasan Cetinkaya. 🔴 #transfers

Juventus and Barça still interested. Open race.

He's so going to Bayern then.

Kessie on a free would be acceptable but I have seen him maybe a dozen times and have genuinely never seen him have a good game. He looked absolutely lost at Anfield earlier this season.

I don't get the fuss, like at all. Looks bang average to me and that's in a mince league too.

I have seen him have some good performances for Milan, but respect that he's had average one's as well.

Just one of those where, because he is available on a free, he represents a risk-free signing really even if his wages could be on the high side, but he may be available on a more regular basis than both Keita and Ox which would be a benefit for squad depth.

Mirror saying we're going for Bellingham in the summer, would absolutely love that tbh. You'd imagine FSG would see plenty of upside in such a talented and marketable player, so who knows

Don’t really get the ‘risk free’ attitude. Just because we don’t pay a fee doesn’t mean it can’t be a costly failure. If he’s a dud, his time on the pitch could be costly.

I would like him more than any other player in the world atm. More than Mbappe, more than Haaland.

He would be absolutely ideal but all the noise is that he is off to Utd, that he was mad impressed by them before he moved to Dortmund and that is where his heart is set.

His loss if so I guess!

I see Mirror stuff pop up on my FB page and they’ll literally say anything. Would be great, but they’ll have just picked crap up off Twitter.

I will leave this site if we pay 100m plus for Bellingham. Basically I ain't leaving.

Yeah, would be ideal really

I don't think he'll be 100m tbh. More like Sancho money and that is something we have paid before.

salah and mane were 24/25 when they joined us, we are the step after, both were signed by atleast 2 clubs before we went for them, not what i meant when comparing them to haaland/bellingham and then gordon/elliott.

Be surprised we'd go for a player (Coman) who openly said he'd quit football if he gets the same injury again.

Same with Dembele, think we do a lot of background checks on personality and attitude/desire before even entertaining the possibility. Rules him right out.

I don't know. He had a tough spell at Barca at the start where a couple of the bigger players questioned him but not much in a couple of years. His injuries would be the biggest red flag but Klopp has spoken in public (unusually for him) as being a fan. I wouldn't be shocked to see him arrive and I think he'd fit us perfectly with his game.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Klopp will talk openly about any talented player if it comes up in conversation. Often praising them. So i wouldnt read too much into that, he praised Traore loads over last few years but would he take him? probably not because hes as luxury as it gets, like playing a man down or with ronaldo/messi in your team without the offensive end product.

I think for Dembele to arrive itd have to be too good a deal to pass, like shaqiri for example.
