To say a fee is agreed not entirely true. #LFC told Barca they will sell for release clause not for less. Barca say they will meet it
Sounds like it depends how much the release clause is.
Probably either £75m or €75m.
The release clause wouldn't be lower than £75m, after the form he was on when he signed the contract, I'd actually be surprised if that was the release clause.

OK. This is how I understand Suarez. Agreed(ish) but Sanchez needs to be talked to. Will happen, will rumble on bit. Fed up with it already

£75m according to the Echo.
Great input by sir Robert, totally agree mate!
All this panty wetting by other clubs fans and in particular, Arsenal fans is funny to watch. I've got 2 ideal outcomes to the Suarez deal!
1: Suarez goes and we receive the full £80m and Barca sell Sanchez to Juve.
2: Suarez goes and we get cash and Sanchez.
If Suarez went for £75m, how would you like the money to be spent?
I'd say two £30m signings for the first team and a £15m signing who could be used more for rotation.

I want it to be spent on good players who fit the team and improve us.
Don't care how much they cost.

I definitely don't want it to be spent in a January 2011 style like we're doing now, £55mil+ on Lalana and Lovren
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's not going to be nowhere near 55m, never mind the +, is it? You're falling for the 'hype syndrome', as in wanting big names. Surely it's more important to get the correct players that fit in well with what BR wants, rather than getting someone just because his name ends in 'inhio' or suchlike, then realising he hates it in England and can't adjust to the PL?
I am sure Ttliv was one of the ones who slated Sturridge before we signed him

Tt. There's nothing wrong with your opinion, I'm just saying why I think it's wrong.... I think people have got to stop over analysing what we're paying for players. Of course we're paying too much for these players, but it's the way it is these days. As long as they do the job that BR has in mind, it doesn't really matter what they cost, does it? It's not blindly following the manager to think like this, you're pretty much doing what you accuse others of doing by suggesting this

I think £50m is a good price for two of the leagues best performers last season.
£25m for Lovren is crazy.

Linked with the American RB Yedlin, was one of the USA's best players when he came on vs Belgium, he was rapid and had a good cross on him.
