Djimi Traore has a CL winners medal. Doesn't mean he's a top player.

Don't remember any of Europe's elite being after Mac. That means 1 of 2 things: either he had his heart set on us or he's not actually top drawer. Hopefully, it's the former.

If you can't see that Mac Allister was one of Argentina's stand out performers in the world cup, then you know very little about football.

Player of the match in the World Cup final with the likes of M'bappe and Messi?

Mac Allister was very good in the WC Final.

There was literally a couple of moments when I thought Messi was running with the ball, but it was actually Mac Allister lol.

That said, Messi was the official player of the match, and unofficially you'd have to give to Mbappe for the 3-piece.

Speaking of Mbappe, apparently we're willing to cough up EUR250mn for him and challenge Real, according to some random footy agent called Marco Kirdemir

City on the verge lf signing Rice. Gvardiol next. Fair play to them; improving their squad when on top. We signed Sepp and Adrian after we won the CL.

FSG want a fancy training ground and new stands for the stadium when in reality fans couldn't give a 5h1t about those things. They want to see the best players playing for them. They really need to go if we want to to see us win either of the big 2 trophies again.

Won the league but it was not sustainable which is what has been proven. We allowed our squad to age while Rice and Gvardiol guarantee City future

City have had years of dominance because of their aproach. Keeping the squad fresh year on year. All down to their ownerw doing what they should: investing their own capital into the playing squad and signing the very best.

Nice saying they don’t want to sell Thuram is summer. Probably just trying to push the fee up….

“Fair play”

If there’s one thing City do not do, it’s play fair!

FSG will 5h1t the bed at this news. Just pay the fee ffs if he's the player Klopp wants. Disgraceful owners. Turning into Spurs with this kind of haggling over a few extra quid 🤦‍♂️

Yeah they've been trying this since we registered interest

Of course they don't want to sell. They can see him improving and a good showing for the U21s will push the price up. A bad time for them to sell.

Good. Superbly talented player.

posted on 27/6/23

He wouldn't be the backup plan to Thuram however, for me. If Thuram is the type of player we need then we'd still need to sign another, should we sign Gravenberch. Gravenberch would be more of a Thiago type player. It looks like we're trying to sign a stronger, more athletic physical midfielder, if Thuram is the target.
