I know the world is full of opinions but I simply don't understand why anyone would vote Tory. Bunch of spineless, selfish cvnts.

That's why. The people who vote for them are a bunch of spineless, selfish cvnts.

Obviously where I'm from I mostly know Tory voters and the vast majority have no indication of voting for them in the next election.

Change is imminent.

I’ve previously voted Tory and Labour but greens at the last election.

I don’t understand people who always vote for the same party

Looks like Labour next time though.

They're still caaants for voting Tory in the first place. I hope they know, you should tell them that most of this bullsheet is entirely their fault as it's not like the country wasn't constantly warned what was happening and the consequences thereof.

They refused to listen because Tories spoke their language on matters like immigration and culture war, and for that reason they allowed the country to be looted, plundered and thrown in yesterday's trash.

Honestly fack anyone who ever voted for those mofos.

Just remember who the opposition were at the last election. No right leaning individual was ever voting for Corbyn. Replacing him with a credible, less polarising character was the best thing that could have happened for the country. I expect Labour to win almost Blair levels of seats at the next GE.

The country would have been much better off under Corbyn.

Poor argument IMO as even Brexit won the day when it was clearly a bad idea. Trump also got in power across the pond. The disinformation and misinformation was working at it's peak at that time with troll factories and even social media espionage. Today people are a bit more aware but it still works.

I mean, the same guys that had "350m for the NHS" plastered on a bus and made the image viral on social media are basically the same guys that have presided over the underfunding, understaffing and dismantling of the very same NHS, the Judiciary, Police and basically all social services so that private interests can benefit, as well as ruining the economy, sleazed away anything that wasn't nailed down. Can't even start with that as the list of fack ups and corruption would genuinely be too long. All while painting themselves as something else.

So you can't just say he couldn't win an election against this lot. Furthermore isn't the power with the people? It's the people who actually vote, not Jeremy Corbyn. To shift the blame for a Tory win onto Corbyn is excuses made on behalf of a population that was hypnotized with the Tory approach to social and culture war policies like immigration and human rights.

In addition to this, the Tory win was confirmed several times with Corbyn completely out of the picture and with the public giving a vote if confidence just 2-3 years ago iirc when it was already clear the ship had hit an iceberg and was going down.

Wasn't meant as an argument just an observation, guys a stubborn facking idiot and i highly doubt with the utter sheite he proposed would have us "'much better off".

All the things you blame the tories for are clear as day always was, their strategies were obvious and should have been read like a book and defeated with ease by any half competent opposition party.

Think you're seriously underestimating the damage Corbyns pathetic campaign did too, it was literally impossible to vote labour under him ffs he did more damage than the tories lies could ever have done to his parties chances. Also expecting the average joe to know their sheit about politics too is nuts, aint gonna happen. Nor am i sure it should be expected tbh, isnt this what we have MPs for and why theyre paid well?

If ones a lying mess of a party but the other still can't do anything against them then you have the sheit show we've had. Both as pathetic as eachother as far as im concerned.

Brexit shouldnt have gone to public vote but it did because of a selfish greedy tory using it for personal goals. But even then it could have been avoided but EU is full of spineless stubborn useless idiots like Corbyn too, who hadn't a facking clue. Took a gamble on referendum voting to remain and it backfired. For the sake of doing something reasonable, helping out a founding member country who took the brunt of some of the EUs biggest issues.

No way Labour and Tories are as pathetic as each other. Tories are on another level of patheticness altogether and this was known. People kept voting Tory until recently so putting it on Corbyn is ridiculous. You're trying to argue there was no difference between voting for Corbyn and voting for Tories and trying to blame Labour and Corbyn for Tories getting in, which at the core is an idea that can never make sense.

Those elections were swayed first by online campaigns which wanted the Tories in charge and also to destabilise the EU as much as possible through Brexit, then by the culture war and immigration issues which at least half the people felt strongly enough about to ignore the strategic dismantling, privatisation and ruining of the country and clearing out the coffers.

Nevertheless let's agree to disagree on this one as this isn't a politics thread.
