Don’t buy it but not against Salah not starting tbh.
Saving Salah for Sunday most likely
Good team. Robertson just back, rested for the league. Jones getting a start for much needed fitness. Salah getting a rest but will no doubt get 30 minutes from the bench, always does. Elliott getting a deserved start and for me should be the third choice midfielder on current form anyhow. Szoboszlai getting rest/needs to up his game. The rest pick themselves.
Does this mean we're finally seeing Gakpo at LW?
Hallelujah
Yeah we need to rotate with that crazy away games schedule coming up.
Has Salah peed off Klopp?

Is why Edwards is coming back after falling out with the owners previously, turns out it was Klopp. #gossip
So Klopp was the problem all along…
Suddenly Atalanta beating Sporting doesn't look too bad on Amorim...

Anyone been trying follow Serie A? Atalanta are dangerous. I think we'll manage to score at least a couple of goals, even with our poor conversion, so as usual it's down to keeping them out the other end.

FFS you finally got a prediction right
Don’t worry, we’re gunna do them 5-0 again in Italy. Jota hatrick coming up now he’s back…..
That 3421 formation done us badly. They just played balls behind our fullbacks who were out of position.
I have come to terms now with us playing a back three next season.
No clean sheets in 8 matches apparently, we have played some very ordinary teams in that stretch too. This team is conceding far too many goals.
Won’t be winning many games the rest of the season unless that changes quickly.
The last few games have been a good reminder that this was originally a transition season in my opinion.
We've played excellent for most of the season and overperformaned at times, but fair to say there's still much work to be done.

We were still favourites to win Europa. Not having this what was expected in August excuse. Expectations change.
Nah not saying it's an excuse, just that I think some of our wins this season have papered over the cracks and the squad isn't as good as it sometimes appears.
Should still be going far/winning the Europa regardless.
That was bad. Very bad. But on a positive note, if there was one game that you would pick out of our remaining games to put in that kind of performance, it would definitely be the first leg of a European tie.
I keep saying we lack ball winners throughout the team. Especially in defence and midfield. This needs to be addressed next season. How many times have we seen teams just cut through us and create multiple chances.
I don't see Arsenal having this problem. City struggled this season too, but they have the excuses of injuries at the back.
That might prove to be Klopp's last European night at Anfield. What an absolute stinker to go out on.
I can only think that was complacency. Perhaps the players thought it would be simple. The team selection signalled that it should be easy. A night to forget.

Yeah. I'd be shocked if we play that bad again, and we've done it not in a league game where that would be catastrophic, but in a European tie that is not yet over, despite how difficult it will be to turn it around.
