Just my opinion from watching him. I don’t think he’s anywhere near good enough for a side in our position. Sure, I can’t fault his effort or attitude, but his tackling and passing isn’t good enough and players get past him too often.

I don’t criticise players very often and if he was second choice in that position I wouldn’t say anything. But he’s simply not good enough to be a regular starter for a top team

For what it’s worth I was against his signing more than anything when it happened, but I think he’s proven himself to be a good player and we are a much better team when he plays, and he also brings the best out of Mac at 8.

The issue is we have no proper backup in that position, which is absolutely critical to how we play. That has come from years of underinvestment in the position which is the clubs fault.

Endo has been overplayed and since the City game his form has dropped off. Up to that point he had been one of our best players, and that game in particular he proved he can mix it with the worlds best. He was outstanding against Rodri, and also in the home game against Arsenal.

Don't think it's poor form from Endo, more a case of him looking out of place when we're playing against a low block side when we have little need for a defensive midfielder. Think he brings a lot to the side when we're not dominating possession at a ratio of 60:40 or above but he's a waste of a midfield slot when we're trying to break sides down who are just going to sit back and hit us on the counter when he isn't the fastest player in the world.

He was actually outstanding in all our games vs United too. Not his fault our forwards can’t hit a barn door.

Endo is just not good enough to protect the defence. The guy turns like an ocean liner. You need physicality and mobility in that single pivot position. We would have easily won the league if we had Rodri or a midfielder like him. That's the standard we need in that position.

I'm glad Palace are winning or I'd be even more fuming

Desperate for attention.

Endo was dreadful for the Fulham first goal. I can't wait to have a better DM for next season. He is just a good squad player. Jota is our best finisher and we need him fit for the remaining 5 games.

why u saying tht, leno facked up a routine save. Jota was shocking all game.

Jota kills game. Doesn't matter if keeper might have saved it.

nothing changed really for me, felt we were a bit more up for it but the same suicidal football begging to be punished bunch of facking masochists. Oh and we actually banged a few in for once but overall just really poor failing to complete simple 4/5 yard passes for a great chance on goal etc time after time.

dallying on the ball wanting 20 seconds on it and 3/4 attempts to control a ball, dreading the Everton game.

2nd half we had total control. Even VVD went no nonsense. It's went we get too casual is when we fek up like first half. We should try and keep team as close as possible to today's game. Quansah excellent again but maybe been Konate for Everton hoof ball.

large parts of the 2nd half we tried to and successfully manage the game, i dont think fulham were that great on the press though. still even with that a lot of times we got away with stupidity on the ball far too often.

Didnt see the game as had child stuff (damn hooligan)

Completely agree with this. 18 months of abysmal finishing and Nunez is immune from criticism yet Endo who has done so much for us this season is mid table standard…

Nunez is immune from criticism and even last season people said give him time. No such sympathies for the likes of Gakpo and Grav.

Very good win for us in the end. Poor first half once again Trent moment of brilliance aside, I fioundour stupid self inflicted errors and poor game management more frustrating than ever today as you could probably sense on the match thread. Better second half to get the job done though and I am happy for Grav who has received a lot of stick lately, albeit mostly deserved.

Our performances are a million miles from a league title winning team at the moment but we are clinging on in there. Good start to a massively tough week.
