My vote would have gone to Poyet for rescuing the train wreck that was Sunderland after PDC.
No objections to Pulis either despite the fact he's a tít.
Rodgers? No European football, the minimum amout of cup football, the might of the British media behind him and Liverpool still choked.
This must be the only country that's proud to reward failure.
I concur, Poyet for me - only the 2nd time the bottom placed team @ xmas survived relagation & back then they looked nailed on

I'll console myself by having another look at the video I took of our Victory Parade.
With all of the millions that your owners have, you were expected to steamroll to the title, not finish only two points above.
Very true, I wish we could post huge profits like Liverpool do every year.
You won the league because of £££. All other discussion is invalid

Okey Dokey.
Our most expensive player is Sergio Aguero at £36m, Liverpool's is Andy Carroll at a lowly £35m. I suppose I should be more sympathetic to the more impoverished clubs.

It wasn't actually a dig at Liverpool as a club, I was having more of a go at the media and their fekin love-in that seems to never end.
Media feel ashamed of their past. Gone too far the other way now. Like Britain really and it's Borders
The media are idiots who are only good for informing me who's signed for my team and who won the games this weekend. Everything else is opinion and bullshít.
Who cares about Liverpool.
What's their season review highlight going to be?
People in tuxedos giving out plaques.
Its thier consolation prize after the massive bottlejob let them have it, I'm looking forward to Rodgers one dimensional tactics in the Champions league should be a hoot!

They need a shedload of that for Suarez's teeth.
When the pressure that Rodgers kept talking about was on, he said the pressures on city!
It was and we handled it, thanks to the more dignified MP.
Brendan's end of season review meeting with the board.

BR took us from 7th to 2nd. Pellegrini took you from 2nd to 1st. It's not rocket sconce
...........
Eh!!! Well there isn't much higher he can go is there.
Hate to admit it but have to agree with Boris. Pellegrini won the title and the league cup in his first season. Rogers yes had an excellent league season but overall manager never the best IMO. Wasn't in Europe and was awful in both cup comps. Think they played something like 41 games in all competitions this yr

Only one manager who was not born in the Brittish Isles has won the LMA award, Wenger, Jóse never won it for example.
But Boris get over the media you sound liek a big girls blouse.
This article is pretty rude. Didn't you know they finished 7th last season...
You'll be telling me Dave Whelan once broke his leg next...
Pellegrini won't be losing sleep over the fact that he was overlooked for this award.
Most expensive team assembled in the whole of sports.
I wouldn't know this only for Brendan ing to the Media.
Is it true though ?
