Groves was gonna turn the tide IMO and was beating Carl to the punch.
Groves then forgot how to defend at all times.
Calzaghe would have destroyed Froch, it wouldnt even have been close, he would have used him as a punching bag all night, it wuld have been just like the Lacy fight

Tbh calzaghe ruined his legacy by avoiding fights later in his career but he was technically great. Froch would have struggled

I was surprised at how many people were picking Groves. Froch has proved time and time again that he is an elite fighter. Groves had done nothing.
I wanted Groves to win, but u don't discount a veteran who has fought back to back elite fighters.
that's because calzaghe ducked everybody that mattered during their prime, and fought at home 98% of his career
