Froch was busier with the flurries but he was hitting the arms and gloves. Groves less busy but getting him more imo
Ward has barely fought lately, we don't know how that affected him
Not saying froch would win

too be honest while I had it close (I had Froch slightly ahead) looking at it I just felt Groves was going to get caught badly at some point, I didnt think he would get caught that bad, but he just didnt look anything like he was going to do enough to win it
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I thought Groves looked vulnerable of getting landed early on but felt he was finishing stronger and Froch had more chance of being KO'd.

Cal i agree. Still think naivety cost him. I actually felt groves was growing into it and fought a different fight showing he had learnt
but
boom. There it is

Oh well, that's the last big fight we'll see for a while. Don't think the Fury/Chisora fight will be anything special.
Fury has no boxing skills at all, just a bar brawler
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He should still beat Chisora.
DeGale twisting the knife now saying groves has a weak chin
Spurtle, he was on the ascendency, to get sparked by a swinging right hook.

That's true, even Froch can be knocked out if he receives a bingo shot on the chin.

I had been saying froch has bought into groves saying how he will fight but groves will be looking for the long haul.

It was one of them shots but Groves was probably ahead that round and the one or two before it.

Redreason, Groves had a gameplay to do what Froch does and step it up at the end. He showed it in the 7th and 8 the but man, what a crack.
If Froch can go and beat Ward then there's no doubt he'll be the best British fighter ever.....after Lewis.
Ward won't want that fight
Ward is the master of clinching and hugging. What Froch did to Groves tonight, Ward does all that in his sleep.
Who else is there for Ward to fight though?
Ward won't fly over. He is delusional, yes he is the champion but he can't draw for sh it and needs to realise a mega fight can only happen in the UK.
