Hardly say Sanga froze, wickets falling all over the place he need to dig in deep which he did to an extent.

This was meant to be a 50/50 game but Sri Lanka have been annihilated.

Sanga played a classic Misbah today

Awful QF - I was hoping we had an end to the one-sided games.

End of an era for SL. No more Sanga, Mahela, Dilshan, Malinga and Herath for the next world cup. Huge rebuilding needed.

Wickets fell because they didn't rotate the strike enough. That built more pressure and they crumbled. Very very poor. A third rate side could have batted better than that.

I don't watch much when the pacers were operating but giving 7 wickets to spinners. Imo SL weakness was found out today. Dilshan and sangakarra failed and the whole team crumbled. SL's bowling was average in this tournament and their batting was fully reliant on their top 3. Hardly a surprising result. SA on the other proved me wrong. They played some decent cricket and finally won a knockout match.

I feel as more and more this wc progresses I feel that we won't have any close matches. It's either one or the other team that dominates fully and wins.

A batting performance from Sri Lanks the likes of Gary Ballance and Eoin Morgan would have been proud of.

Would want pak to win, but will be difficult considering the form of the Aussies. Want another india vs pak encounter.

Indians are very keen for us to win on Friday. I'm also keen that Bangladesh win so the Bengal tigers can meet the cornered tigers in semi.

I have been seeing alot of Bangladesh fans comments on cricinfo on how they will demolish india tomorrow. I will leave my views on that for tomorrow.

What I don't understand is when Thiramanne was doing reasonably well throughout the tournament, Kusal Perera is sent to open in the first knockout game. His innings set a tone.

Peter Moores-esque team management. Oh well, at least England finally set a trend in one day cricket.

I didn't SL had much of a chance in this cup. The only way I thought they'd win this match is if SA choked. Time for SL to start again with a new generation.

Bangladesh will put a decent fight in tom's game, they will lay down easily. After considerable time, the world has seen Bangladesh doing well and with world watching tom, they will put a good fight.

We beat them in 2011 World Cup, 2014 t20 World Cup and 2012 t20 World Cup. Also conquered them in UAE 2-0.... You could say they are our bunnies!!! But the only difference this time is we have a 3rd team on show

Fat boy Lehmann is just playing mind games. He has had the Irfan news boost but still fears our 5th rate bowling line up

Course it's all mind games. Aussies know a semi is in the bag

Absolute disgrace of a decision not to give Rohit out there... Never a height no-ball.

India will always get the marginal decision
