Not really great. You need empathy more than anything. Obviously there are technical aspects but you generally do those as a pair to avoid mistakes and so on. In some ways it's like bar work in that it's a job most could do but it's hard to do well. And Pirlo was far better than Scholes IMO. Scholes did feck all for his national team while Pirlo consistently performed wherever he played. He's was behind the Italian NT recent success.

Nurses go to university for three years with placements in wards etc. maybe he was just a HCA and that's why he said its a job most can do. I have a BP machine so I could do Robbings old job
