If a Christian can't be vocal of being so in an originally Christian country then God help us. You are right though, highlights what's wrong with this country.
As a Christian myself I think that Islam is more accepted in this country really. You can mock Christians as much as you like but Muslims is seen as simply racist, homophobic, sexist, fascist etc. neither should be mocked or prosecuted but you get what I mean
Belief in utter nonsense without proof should be mocked, no matter which religion, from Zeus to Allah.
Could argue that there's nothing to disprove it and there's also historical evidence for various events in the bible. But a lot of it is down to faith but this is a football forum so anyway…
Disprove? The argument is for religion to prove itself, and not the other way round. It is factually impossible for a being, object or whatever to be all powerful, all knowing and all loving at the same time.
However, as you say this is a football forum, where we talk about factual based event

Does it really matter if it's nonsense to some people? Ones people believe in something and take it seriously then it should never be mocked.
It affects no one? Really?
Think about politics, schools, social, financial, economic...aspects of the world.
Plus everything and anything should be evaluated, judged, mocked, proved, discussed, analyzed...that's how we evolve logic, ideas and improve.
So should we teach people to discriminate religion and religious people? No of course not. Respecting peoples ideas is why we live in harmony in this country and aren't blowing up people with different ideas unlike others

You're taking life too seriously if you really think so.. Einstein once said that humans have to change the way they think (be open minded) to progress.
You can only proof something if you actually show some interest and belief you can find something. If you're travelling to the moon and believe you're not gna make it, you wont. You'll doubt whatever happens and call it luck if you eventually make it..
