But remember, it actually cost us nothing because of the Torres sale. That's the way it worked, right?

TBH I was going to step in to defend you but I couldn't tell if people were missing the sarcasm or joining you in laughing at Liverpool...
Then I realised you were a Liverpool fan so I left you to it.
I could tell.

Never really got that argument about roman leaving as to crumble, firstly laughing at us for something that hasn’t happened but rivals may hope is pretty desperate. Second if it were to happen we’d have had a hell of a ride and to be honest to really enjoy the good times you need the bad times, the F.A Cup win in ’97 was mega for me at the time, different expectations. Thirdly Roman is still very young and his son takes a keen interest in the club. Lastly the ‘fit and proper person’ rule would see Chelsea only in the hands of someone who could afford to run it, we’re a really well set up club now and by the time Roman sorts the stadium we’ll be one of the most attractive clubs in the world for any buyer given we’re established in the European elite now, have expanded our global brand, have a well stocked academy through all ages and have complied with FFP.
But hey, Roman might get bored and leave us

Billionaire Russian with an amazing wife. If Hollywood movies have taught us anything, he drinks at least a bottle of vodka a day and snorts up anything that moves.

And kills people using overly complicated and violent methods!
Find the shark tank / laser over restrictive chair / sharks with frickin lasers on their head and we can get him arrested....
I think Putins the best hope... would he trade for Ukraine (acceptable losses)
