I am funding this deal with my sky subsciption and I point blank refuse to pay over £70m. How will I afford my rent if we pay £75m for Dia Maria?

With £75m we could sign Vidal and a very good centre back. Even £50m is an overspend on ADM but I think it will be a worthwhile investment in terms of showing other clubs and players we mean business.

but id prefer all 3

even blind/de jong are more critical to this team than di maria. however we all want to see great attacking football and di maria will help us achieve that.

we just cant afford to waste the supposed £75m that real now want for him (reportedly).

we saw last season, doesn't matter how good our attack is (mata, rooney, rvp ffs thats quality), if defence and midfield is a shambles then the attack wont save us like it did in the fergie days.

£75m is ridiculous. No way would I buy that. If we are so desperate why not just through £50m at Dortmund for Reus and see what they do?

I wouldn't pay anything more than £50m. All this will also just make it harder to sign further players.
