MUDD, Neither of done could have signed a pre contract as they are not in the last year of their contracts. Therefore, it would be illegal to sign a pre-contract.

Also from what i remember the bet was that we would sign two players. one from real and one from dortmund. surely if we are only getting one from real and none from dortmund then Ji wins the bet?

I reckon if someone has to change their user name, it should just be the tag line after the main name. I don't think everyone appreciates how confusing these name changes are for older forum members like VC and Macca.

From what I understand, this goes on all the time but is not regularly covered in the press. It is essentially a letter of intent with clauses fto thy kingdom come for all parties
